Tivos have no limit on season passes either, and the 30-second skip.
And DirectTV Tivos have dual tuners.
I believe future DVRs for Comcast will be dual-tuner Tivos as well.

I'd say either get another DVR or record The Office over CSI. I like CSI too but if it came down to a choice btwn The Office and CSI, definitely The Office because CSI episodes get repeated at least twice per season on CBS - so you could simply wait for the summer reruns.
