Aqua Teen Hunger Force - When there is trouble, pick up the phone and order a milkshake, a meatball, with a side of fries. Yeah, call the Aqua Teen Hunger Force, the most elite human-sized food crime solving team in the greater New Jersey area.
Master Shake, the self-appointed leader directs the group in watching TV, sitting in their neighbor's pool, and solving mysteries (when he remembers). Frylock is the box of french fried potatoes that possesses magical powers not totally understood by anyone. His greatest asset is his common sense. The group is rounded out by Meatwad, the lovable, and tasty shapeshifter.
With a group yielding so much power, you had to have figured out there would be an arch villian involved. Enter: Dr. Weird, the strange scientiest bent on the destruction of the Aqua Teen Hunger Force. With his help from his assistant Steve, they think of any way to foil the group from within his laboratory on the South Shore.
Sealab 2021 - Similar to what is done on Space Ghost: Coast to Coast,
this show can be described as a "cartoon remix" of the 1972 Alex
Toth animated show Sealab 2020 in that the producers take
the old animated footage, and manipulate it into something
hilarious. The show centers around the crew of a lab (wait for it) under the
sea. Plot and continuity are sacrificed early and often for
insanity and clever wit.
Harvey Birdman - Once, he was known as the aviary superhero called simply Birdman (during the 1967 Hanna-Barbera series, Birdman & The Galaxy Trio). Along with his specially trained pet eagle, Avenger, he fought crime as many others before him, and many others following him, did. Eventually, Birdman fell on hard times, and the hero route went by the wayside. He soon shot a pilot for a talk show (which eventually became Space Ghost Coast To Coast) but it too failed to go anywhere for him as he was (obviously) replaced by Space Ghost.
Finally, at some point, Harvey Birdman was inspired to become a lawyer. Now, as an attorney, he represents his fellow former Hanna-Barbera cartoon stars, in a variety of strange cases. With opposing council made up of his former villains, the Judge a prehistoric superhero named Mightor (of the 1967 series Mighty Mightor) and his pet/partner Avenger working as his personal secretary, Harvey tackles the cases only a guy in a business suit with a mask & large wings can!
Space Ghost - Cartoon talk show host who interviews celebrities of all calibre.

If you want to take a chance with some Anime.... watch Naruto (which comes on cartoon network with bad dubs...) or Bleach. Both you'll have to download to watch but they're worth it. Get use to the subtitles...

Does anyone remember this show Mighty Max or something like that? The kid had a red cap, and could travel to different dimensions or planets or something? He had a protector named Norman, and a bird guide called Virgil I think? I used to love that show in high school, and am wondering if it's just nostalgia or if it was actually good.

The animation quality isn't that great but the show holds up really well i think. Norman rules.
