Best serialized TV?
I seem to love more of the serialized type of TV (one long evolving storyline week after week). Shows like Prison Break, 24, Veronica Mars, O.C. (season 1, at least), etc. Any suggestions on a new, or old series i should start in on?

I can second:
Angel, Nip/Tuck, The Shield, Oz, and even LOST I suppose.
If you're going to get into Angel, Buffy is another nice show that is at least semi-serial once you get past the first season or so.
Everwood is the show to suggest if you like the teen serial, though it does offer more than just that.
Homicide is another show I can definitely recommend. It's more serial than most other cop shows.
ETA: I forgot Gilmore Girls. Great stuff there.

Babylon 5 excelled at the continuing storyline. A planned out 5 year story. Some small moment or episode from season 2 turns out to have great significance to the story in a later season. Story telling at it's best.

I'm going to put in a plug for a favorite of mine: Everwood. Though only season 1 is on DVD, it's well worth watching. Extremely well-written, and likeable characters. It's great family drama.

Buffy (mainly after the first season, but it's a mix, so it has stand alones too, but many of the stand alones help develop the characters and can still be important).
Angel (see above.)
Alias
Lost (I personally haven't seen this one yet though).
Carnivale
Nip/Tuck
