Weavers

they jsut don't have the urge to win anymore.....
they almost seemed bummed to not be eliminated last week....
only thing keeping them going would be to spite the other teams.

I'm also hoping Weavers will be eliminated next, but I have a feeling they will stick around. So I'm voting for Godlewski.

I hope I'm wrong, but it sounds like it's going to be a repeat of
Spoiler:
last season's fake pit stop/to be continued episode

I'm guessing you're right, MadMark.

I voted, again, for the Weavers. They're done mentally, and just don't have what it takes to continue. They genuinely looked disappointed last week when they found out it was non-elim. Besides, they don't like Utah.

Please let the Weavers go. I was so excited when they were last in the ep before, but then my hopes were dashed with the non-elimination announcement.

I'm guessing that somehow the weavers make the final 3, so my vote is bransens, as I think linz and godless sisters are a shoo-in

What the hell is up with the AR camera system? 2 weeks in a row they drain some teams battery? This one should have been non elim just for that.

I agree. That shit is getting old especially when it happens to the only time I want to win this crappy season.

Almost sums up my feelings on finishing this season. I don't have the urge to watch anymore. I am bummed that they keep continuing the race. The only thing that keeps me going is I have too much time invested in it.

Please tell me next week is the finale?!?!

Can someone explain to me how a screwup by the camera crew is allowed to interfere with the race? I have only watched the past 2 seasons, so I am not completely up to date on all the rules, etc. Why should they not be allowed back in place since they "have" to utilize the camera crew? If they did not have a crew, they would not have had a battery issue this week, or last week for that matter. Why should the teams suffer?

And a second question: Wasnt there only 2 non-elimination legs last season? Why did they throw the 3rd non-elim leg in this time...conveniently when the Weavers came in last?

Next week's preview...!!!!

Spoiler:
Now even the Po-Po's are hatin' on the Weaver Family. Has their God forsaken them? Or is he just too embarrased by them to care anymore?

I'm pretty sure there were at least three non-elimination legs last season (Joyce & Uchenna, Ron & Kelly and Gretchen and Meredith were all saved by a non-elim last season, I believe).

I haven't watched this episode yet, I'm stuck at work all night. Where did they go this week. Apparently they came through my city, and spent a couple weeks here working on it, but I never heard a peep about it. My mom read about it in the local paper recently.

They are part of the race - just like the cars/boats that break down or the flights that get delayed due to weather or the taxi drivers that don't know directions or want to drive the teams around to increase the fares. Them are the breaks. I do find it suspicious that the same problem happened twice. I have a feeling that there is more to the story and they used the blame the camera man excuse.

Anyways, non-eliminations are predetermined in advance. There is no way they could drop in a non-elimination to favor one team. The placement of the yield next to the roadblock and so close to the pitstop usually indicates a non-elimination round i.e.
Spoiler:
Colin and Christie in AR5 in the broken ox episode

anyway, I see the editing and (my guess of) the likely winner doesn't make me too excited.
Spoiler:
they are spoiled frats boys who pick on people but gets a pass because they are goofy
. Anyway, I am ready for the next season.

Just when you thought that this season couldn't possibly suck any harder. Too much driving, too much bunching, boring tasks (go up in a hot air balloon and.....come back down, wait around to watch Old Faithful erupt and leave). Even the animal task, which is usually comedy gold on this show ("My ox is broken") was dull and uneventful. The only good thing about the to be continued is that the Linz family, who were in danger of finishing last, are still in the race. Unfortunately, we also get another week of the Weavers

In the past, teams have gotten time credits for production-caused delays (camera breaks down, change camera batteries, etc). Supposedly, this happens a lot during the race, so we only hear about time credits being given if it ends up making a difference.

Tricia right? Def hawt!

Weavers suck, can't wait for them to go bye bye.

The Desperate Housewives name calling is getting really tired and stupid.

Bring on next season

TAR used to be a show I so looked forward to seeing every week. It even surpassed Survivor in that regard...but this season, so disappointing. This whole drive here, get clue, drive there, get clue, drive here and bunch up, is so boring. Then to make a bad season even worse, two production errors (both the same exact thing) causing the team in first to be in last?

Can't wait until the Emmy winning show I used to watch returns. I miss it so.
