Was anyone else's entire episode window-boxed on the HD feed?

I'm sure Nim will be fine... anyone else get a strong ET vibe from this episode? How many Spielberg flicks can they possibly rip off again and again...that said, I do really like this show...and any time we get that much Savanah (and knee socks are sweet) I can't complain! Looking forward to the rest of the season.

I only watch the show for Miles and Nimrod. I want Miles to grow gills (aka Waterworld). And yes, it was very E.T. but it stole the best part of that movie so I don't care.

Haven't watched this particular ep yet, but for a show that a lot of folks were dissing in the early stages, it sure has become popular!

I know I'm a sucker for giant monster movies and shows!

Good episode

The shot of the monster coming out of the water at the helicopter was pretty cool.

Hope Nim is ok

I agree about the Nimmie them possibly, they can heal themsleves real well, but remember the large dead one that washed up to shore. So perhaps Nimmie is only in shock and will come back to life. One thing that I thought was what happened with those eggs at the aquarium? I would think those would have hatched by now or at least have been brought up. My one huge problem with this last episode was the continuity with the leg injury the kid had. In the classroom you can see the blood through the pants now, then he goes to the nurse and the stain is gone? Very poor editing there and a major screw up.

Yeah, liked the spoon thing, forget the wife factor their when you have to survive.

If your look for plot holes in this show, you find many. This show is about fun. I hope (as I am sure many do) that the writers will pollish the show a little better in the future. For now, I can forgive all the crappy mistakes and pathetic acting by Billy-Bob-Ray-Cyrus.

The show is a blast and near the top of my favorites.

Did you notice when they were chasing Nim through the hospital they went down corridors and turns. Yet when the kid goes after nim he is outside the door down the hall.

There should be a game here to spot the plot holes and the readers award points.

I gave up on overanalyzing this show.
It's fun stuff, and I now find myself looking forward to it each week.

At this point I'm hoping for some re-runs. I've been recording and I've missed one (3rd) episode. Last week's episode for some reason didn't look good on the set. Allot of pixalization and washed out compared to all the others. I'm hoping it'll be on Sci-Fi channel. Bummer though on the Jan. wait for new epsisodes.

They need to pay a little more attention to time continuity. It's dark off the coast of Oregon, while it's daytime in North Carolina. Then it's daytime in Oregon and North Carolina, then it's dark again in Oregon but still light in North Carolina. I know it's nitpicking, and I still enjoy the show, but it's annoying.

The trip down was worse. They stated it took 45 minutes, yet 2 or 3 days passed in NC, just one more thing to overlook on this show.

I agree, though it's not the only reason I watch the show. I don't mind that they ripped off ET. They've added their own touches. ET never ate a poodle!

Just when I was starting to get really tired of watching those two stuck out in the ocean, the rescue helicopter shows up and almost gets swallowed by one of them. I loved that! I was a little disappointed when they came back. I thought they were going to ditch them
