One Tree Hill 11/16/05

Lucas is a dummy. He has Rachel literally throwing herself at him, and he's got Brooke Blinders on. Too bad his faith in her as his soul mate went unrewarded.

Nathan and Tutor Girl drag the show to a screeching halt when they are on-screen nowadays.

Mouth and Peyton go on a date with Mr. Cunningham, now stricken with Alheizmers. At least they are trying to give Mouth a backstory.

Karen and Deb's vandalizing escapade didn't go anywhere that interesting, but any excuse to get Deb to strip down to her bra can't be all bad.

Had to laugh at Skillz getting "Notebook'd".

Predictable, but fun episode. Pretty obvious Mr. Cunningham was Mouth's granddad, Skillz would dig The Notebook(did anyone else have flashbacks to Charles Gunn loving the opera in Angel's "Waiting In the Wings"?), and Lucas would walk in on Chris and Brooke getting it on. But I still enjoyed it for the most part. Like last year's "Dare Night", only without the "acting" of Felix and Anna to ruin it all.

You have to admire the showwriters' sense of irony. Rumor has it the Chad/Sophia marriage ended due to his infidelity, yet Lucas catches Brooke cheating.

It's almost too cruel what the writers are doing to Chad and Sophia...

I think it's a testament to the acting that when they are onscreen together I completely forget about their real life situation......

Skillz.

Good to see Tom Bosley again.

to the producers for once again finding a way to put Deb's magnificent breasts on display.

Yea no kidding. Holy hell are those things bigger than I thought.

Hope they make Bevin a regular, cause this show just doesn't have enough hotties running around.

Hopefully what Brooke did frees up Lucas to start tagging Rachel.

Anyways, great episode, even if it was a little predictable with the ending.

Good episode. And what made it good?
- Skillz and Bevin's Notebook scenes. "Can we cuddle first?" "She Notebook'd you?"
- Mouth and his Grandpa (maybe some Peyton)
- and Rachel (Lucas and the basketball just got in the way)

The core 5 are not doing so much for me right now.

I really do love that they are extending the Skillz character. I think his character is a lot better than Mouth or that dweeb that hangs on Nathan's ballsack.

I'm through with everything going on with the main characters. Maybe I'd like to see Haley and Nathan finally really back tofether. But aside from that I don't care about anything happening to any of them right now.

Mouth is a cool character, provided he's not bitching about being dumped by Erica. Although I don't like the idea of him and Peyton hooking up. That would imply that Jake is a goner.

Lucas and Brooke interest me, mostly because of their offscreen issues. And also because Rachel is smack dab in the middle of that thing which never hurts.

And I know they're not part of the 5 core characters, but Dan and Deb's little feud is entertaining.

I'm thinking of dropping this show. It just seems to be the same every week.
