These were two separate boardroom sessions. The first (in the dress) was the night prior to the second, where she was in a normal shirt. They dont have the "firing" boardroom at the same time as the announcement of the winning team.

Hey Craig started it, although she was obviously the winner from the first episode of Season 3.

Currently I'm going for Randall / Alla / Rebecca / Marsh as the final 4, with a Randall / Alla finale, I wish Rebecca to win as I see her as one of the strongest there. As for the overall winner, it'll depend on the final task, but with the strong hinting going throughout the Season, it will more than likely be Randall.

Although I did see Josh to win when I read everyone's biographies, but that didn't turn out as expected.
