Help me find an episode of C.S.I.

So I'm in this class in school called "Criminal Investigation," where all we do is watch episodes of C.S.I. and C.S.I.: Miami. I asked the teacher, actually he's a football coach...anyways, I asked him if there was ever an episode of C.S.I. in which the two separate cases come together into ONE SUPER CASE. He said there was, and now I am trying to find what episode it is. Does anyone know?

That happened sometime in season 3. What started as 2 different cases quickly turned into one case. Sorry that I can't remember the ep, I just remember it happening in season 3 because I just finished that season yesterday.

I think it might be "The Execution of Catherine Willows." A murderer is given a stay of execution, and while Catherine is re-testing the evidence of his case, another murder happens and the M.O. matches the accused.

On CSI:NY two weeks ago, the episode "Corporate Warriors" started out as two seperate cases but then culminated into one case.

Hell yes I'm getting an A...a 100 to be exact. And, I've heard rumors that it's a Pre-AP class, which adds seven extra points to the semester average, bringing it to a 107.

I'll bet he wishes his team could have an extra touchdown added to their score.

Not too often, actually, we're pretty much the number one team in the nation.
