I just answered the question. Hardly a thread crap.
And I was not aware that by simply opening this thread I was required to respond in a positive manner only.

Definitely! Just as long as they get the original writers back. Here's hoping for another Anthology of Interest.
Anyone catch the Futurama quip on the Family Guy: Stewie Griffin Story DVD when Stewie is asked by a reporter if Futurama was going to be brought back?

I think he was likely talking about thread crapping in general.

Phil L,
I was just crapping on thread crapping in general, not you sir.
After reading some other threads, it was just nice to see some civil and on-topic discourse going on.

No, but I'd definitely buy the DVD. That has nothing to do with the movie though, more that I hate the crowds at theaters, and that it's usually a downgrade from watching it on the home theater system I have.

I would definitely catch it on DVD, but at the theater? It would depend on the story. I loved the show, but I honestly can't imagine it working as well as a theatrical feature.

In the theatre--possibly. If not, it would be more to do with the general state of theatregoing than the film itself. Like Whogirl, I'd definitely catch it on DVD.

A Futurama movie in theatres? Hell, I would see it projected on my fat neighbor's ass.
(Left cheek: shows at 11:00, 12:45, 2:00, 3:45, 5:30. Right cheek: shows at 11:30, 1:15, 3:00, 4:45, 6:00. Ask about our matinee prices, and visit our concession stand!)

I love Futurama more than the simpsons so I really hope they make a movie out of it, even if it meand I have to go to the simpsons movie to get the project green lit.
