Alright... Is it just me, or is the actor playing the detective the absolute worst actor on the face of this planet?

If I'd only seen him in this trainwreck, I'd agree with you, however, Mathew St. Patrick was pretty damn good on Six Feet Under. The atrociously written dialouge everyone on this show has to recite actually has me feeling embarrassment for all participants. But then when your characters are nothing more than cardboard cutouts asked to spew ludicrous tripe what else can you expect?

When he revealed that his father was the one that died in the accident I was trying to piece together the timeline in my head, and then I remembered that this is Milloy's older character. Really just horrible unconvincing "age effects." What was completely unrealistic is in the beginning when the Detective was dancing around who actually was killed. "One of you killed your friend. You all got together and ONE OF YOU died. How is that possible? You meet up after all these years and then one of you is dead. I believe you killed one of your friends." I find it hard to believe in all that he wouldn't even say the person's name to see if he flinches.

he'll probably say the name next week when i think they will reveal who died. that is to say, after the baseball playoffs, which i think will hasten the end of this show. while the first two episodes were really boring, this one picked up steam a bit. make no mistake, it's still a bad show, but not as bad as it has been.

i hope that fox will stick with it t through the end to let us see it play out (the 4 of us left anyway ) instead of canning it halfway through.

I didn't think things were so great this week, I'm afraid that this show's going downhill. And yet, I can't stop watching. And another thing, are they even TRYING to make it look like the late 80's anymore? It's almost as if they just toss in a couple timely songs and call it good. I know they can only do so much, but still...

I caught a glimpse of a mug shot on the wall in the previews for the next episode in November.

It was a picture of

Matthew St. Patrick is normally awesome, one of the reasons why I tuned in to this show in the first place, but he is badly used on this show (though it's the script, not his acting I feel)... wow...I was giving this show another chance, but I'm pretty sure I'm done with it... At least now I don't have to stay up late to timeshift Everwood, can just watch it instead of this!

The dialogue in this series is just atrocious.

I kinda slept through last week's episode, but I was able to stay awake for this one. I just want to find out who dies and who did it.

This week episode was even worse than usual. I find the storyline with Samantha and her daughter unbelievable.

And yet I keep watching the stupid show and creating a thread for it.

I'm a sucker for punishment.

At least this show is a little bit better than Ghost Whisperer.

Chyler Leigh>Everyone else on the show. She's just having to look like a raggedy 80's girl. Too bad they F'd up get future face, too.

Call me stupid but I didn't recognize the person her character and the priest were talking to in the last scene. Was it the guy from Seattle?

No, it's the guy in Seattle, Aaron. They were at his company.

Ah, the company he was making in the episode. So he's alive, that makes my picks still valid.
