Well I have to say that my ultimate list bears almost no resemblance to my original plans (which would have included B5 season 3, TNG season 5, Wonder Years season 4, etc.). That said I am still very happy with my list and I did end up with three of my initial first choice picks and I only once had to go to a second alternate.
How about the rest of you? Did you mostly get what you wanted or did someone sneak in and take your first choice picks?

The only show I missed out on that I wanted was Angel. I would have preferred it in the Dallas slot. Dallas gives me a nice substitute that at least provides my lineup a nod to older shows, though.

Ironically, 2 different seasons of Angel were drafted even though IMHO season 2 was by far the best.

There were a few shows I just never got around to taking (will give the full list later, but because people are still picking, suffice it to say that the list includes cop rock, 90210, america's funniest home videos, cheers, and la law). No I am not kidding about those, but I do note that the rest of the list is pretty good. :-)

Incidentally the question of later moving shows was brought up in Round 1 (asked in post #9) and Groucho indicated that it would be possible (in post #14).

I'd say I'm happy with what I got. I was going more for a theme than a general best of list, as I passed over plenty of shows that I really enjoy. Coincidentally, my picks ended up landing on good days too. I took the Sopranos for Sunday, 24 for Monday, and the Shield for Tuesday, all days on which they already air.

I'd rather we didn't rearrange picks. For one thing, it doesn't give the voters a clear view of the draft order.
I misunderstood the question in post #9. I thought it was asking if you could put a show that aired originally on Tuesdays in your Monday slot.

Groucho, I edited my description earlier, but it must have been before you logged it. Could you please change it to this:
Joe Schmo 2: Last Chance for Love (Ingrid, Bryce, Montecore, "Porked & Beans", "Mockingbird!")
Thanks.

Do voters really care about Draft order? Isn't it more realistic to do it in this manner. Tv execs are all snatching up pilots come the end of pilot season and then arranging the time slots afterwards. This seems to just make sense, but if your mind is made up I will respect your decision.

When voting on the DVD draft I took where things were drafted into account, just like you would when evaluating an NFL or fantasy draft. So I agree we shouldn't rearrange.
