I think it's a great move by FOX. Your going to get a great East Coast Audience following the NFL Playoff Game.

Plus, since 24 is probably a damn expensive show to produce, there is going to be a ton of Ad revenue from that day.

Also, the FOX NFL Sunday crew will probably plug the Premiere following the game a million times during the broadcast.

Two hours on Sunday, one on Monday, one on Tuesday. If you missed the first week becuase you didn't know it was starting (or were on vacation or something), you were pretty well screwed.

Last year, it was 2 hours also following an NFL Playoff Game on a Sunday and on Monday it was another 2 hours as well.

FOX is doing the same thing this year, 4 hours in 2 nights.

I think it premiered a week or two earlier last year though. Not sure about this however.

Not technically true since the plot does a 180 about every 6 episodes now.

That was Season 3 that did that. Season 4 didn't do a 180 after 6 episodes as much as it just led into the real plot by the terrorists......until we discovered later that the real plot was shooting down Air Force One......only to find out that the ultimate plan involved a warhead being detonated.

All of which were obscured by the Iowa mountains.
