Of course it's not accurate. Even with chimps, the latest research shows about a 4% difference. I have no doubt the "character" of House knows this and so do the writers.

But as uhftv said, "It's funnier to say dolphin."

And it's super funny. At least to me.

I wonder if this is the episode Dakota Fanning turned down? I saw it mentioned before the season they wanted Dakota for a role this season and she was either too busy or not interested. If so I'm kinda glad, as she might've been more of a distraction here and the girl they got did a fine job.
