zach

seems like tv BS that someone who's eye is still patched shut would be allowed back in the field
and how much time has passed? seems early to be fitting that guy with a fake leg

I really like the show when the guys are in the field or back at their base camp, but I don't care for the bits in the hospital and back on the home front.
I don't see this show coming back for another season.

Too bad the coverage allowed out of Iraq is so heavily monitored and edited by the DOD that nothing even close to this would be allowed out of fighting zone.
I like this show, and would love it if they would tweak it some. Get rid of Bo, get rid of the girls until they have something to add to the story (last night was okay at first - they were being transported), get rid of the home front - I want this show from the GI's perspective.

Actually I think every episode has sucked except the third; the last one I watched. I really dont care for any of the characters. That Rosie Perez sounding chick is annoying as fuck. The only reason I saw till episode 3 was because "Bull" from Band of Brothers came out; and lo and behold, he was awesome in there. Everything else has really sucked.
I was clicking this thread to see if the shows have gotten better. Looks like it hasnt...

Umm I don't think video that reporters shoot looks at good as the video Zach shot did. They basically took a scene from the show and used it as the "video footage." They had a shot of Smoke shooting his SAW and then it went right to the scene of the kid getting shot. I didn't know someone could turn a camera around in a blink if an eye and focus. I fucking hate it when shows do that. Then Zach meets up with the terrorists? Yeah right. Also, there was a terrorist behind the kid shooting at his direction and no one told their commander that that was the guy that shot the kid? That would have been the perfect way out. Doublewide almost gets her eye taken out and then next day she's in a truck out in the field? I doubt it.
