Best NERD on TV ?

I thought Marshall from Alias had this sewn up, but having started watching Stargate Atlantis (after watching all of Season 1 in a weekend), i have to say i now think Rodney from Stargate Atlantis can give Marshall a run for his money ! Rodney is a great character

Yeah, but Willow isn't on TV anymore, and she was only a "nerd" the first few seasons.

My vote goes to Seth Cohen (Adam Brody) on THE O.C.

A recent addition to my memory banks, but I'll go with Bill Haverchuck.

I didn't see anything in the original post that said that only current shows should be included, or that the "nerd" needs to be one from beginning to end of the program.

I'd say Adam is the bigger nerd after them showing a tour of his house. He would fit in quite well with Other.

Plus, Jamie is ex-military and could take you down pretty quickly. Not many nerds have that skill.

I like the last 2 of those. I nominate Bill from Freaks & Geeks.

Bob Saget? Not after his appearance in THE ARISTOCRATS.

For shear nerdy awkwardness I've got to go with Brian Krakow.

"No. No, absolutely not. It's not- the phonics manual does not cover that type of situation!"
