Six Feet Under

A buddy of mine loves this shows and says I should check it out (course this is the last season). I was thinking of Netflixing it...any one else like the shows?

BTW this show is in its final season right now (like 2 episodes remaining). So you're still in for a bit of a wait until the current episodes hit DVD.

6FU is my second favorite show of all time, just after Twin Peaks. Personally I don't see how anyone cannot like this show, but apparently those people exist........and I pity them :P

It kinda runs out of steam when it migrates the focus AWAY from the funeral home, but its still a great watch.

Best show on HBO. (Which means the best show on television.)

Let us know what ya think after ya start getting them! But a "heads up"..I've found people who didn't like American Beauty often don't like SFU.

Yes, it does migrate - but I don't agree that it runs out of steam. It is just a tonal change - and I believe that was needed to stay as realistic to life as possible.

OK so I got the first 2 disc of Season 1 from Netflix and have to admit...Im hooked. I have only watched the first 2 episodes but this show is so captivating. I think the writing is awesome as well as the characters. May consider buying all seasons...GREAT SHOW so far

Great show! As everyone else has said at least rent it and give it a try. Buying sets is way too expensive, though, if you ask me.

It only gets better... One of the rare gems that actually continuously tops itself week after week.
