Name This Show: Picture Edition

I spent today on a cramped set the size of my bedroom. Who can name the show?

No, wait can't be Greg the Bunny because it isn't on anymore. Unless they are going to bring it back?

Ding! It's coming back to IFC (its original home before the watered-down Fox series). There's an IFC 30-min special airing now, catch it if you can.

There will be a series of 12-minute episodes, each ep parodying a different film (the scene you see features Warren the Ape getting a video camera to shoot 'home movies' ... aka Auto Focus). Really funny stuff. I highly recommend Tivo'ing it.

On a related note, for Family Guy fans, I talked to Seth (Green, not MacFarlane) about the FG direct-to-dvd movie that was just announced. It's essentially a three-part episode that they decided to combine into a feature-length film. It's been in the can for a while.

*sigh* I have the TiVo. Now if only I had IFC...

Who from the Fox show is coming back for these specials? Obviously Seth Green and Warren, and I assume namesake Greg will be back as well. I thought I read somewhere that the Tardy puppet was stolen after the show was canceled...

Seth won't be in most of the episodes. He makes a (hilarious) appearance in the special (which is airing now) and I believe his only big role is in the episode I was at. Sarah Silverman is also in the special. I don't remember Eugene Levy showing up at all.

As for puppets, Greg, Warren and Count Blah are back (all are voiced by the series creator). Their agent is back too. Not sure about any other secondary puppets (I did see a Robert Downey, Jr. puppet).

I was hoping this thread was announcing the broadcast premiere of Tiny House.
