Here are some more details from aintitcoolnews (this "secret twist" is a little more detailed than what I posted earlier):

Woohoo, starts tonight!
From your own spoiler, which says that this "secret" won't be revealed tonight, but next week, "during the first live broadcast on July 14".

Yep, looks like several of these girls have had some work done.
My wife said right away that April had a nose job. I still like her though.
And several of these people are already getting on my nerves.

I'll give the show another chance or two, but will definitely drop it if it stays the way it is.

So is this going to be the thread for discussion of the shows?
The cast seems interesting. Not as over the top as last year with the four horseman. It is still early so it's tough to see who I'm going to like and dislike. Initially I'm not liking Janelle (miss mn). Early favorites - Rachel and James.

They also seem to deliver better men, in general, than they do women in my opinion.
Early on, my wife and I usually don't find it easy to like most of the house guests. It was no different tonight.
Sarah was ok, Michael was nice, and the very thin white guy seemed nice. But, most of the others were very annoying. Hopefully, as some players go, some of the "better" people's personalities will come out.
But they seem to just assume men only like fake, giant boobed, thin women and don't care about anything from the neck up. There were quite a few great bodies, but the faces were pretty average to pretty awful.

I'd rather no stunts either, but they can't change that now. What will make the show interesting is whether we get a few people to really root for. So far, I saw maybe 3 potentials, but it takes a few weeks to know.
I do agree that without the secrets crap, that it would probably be more entertaining and with better people.
Anyone else find the lesbian's girlfriend to be really, really ugly? I know that's mean, but I nearly jumped off the couch when the pulled back the camera to reveal her.

I thought the twist was interesting, but I'm more interested in seeing how this fancy new house reveals its secrets. Considering that they built it from scratch after 5 seasons, I'm sure they had a lot of ideas in store.
I hope when they reveal the pairings this next week that they always show us who's paired with who when they show us their names under their faces. It could be hard to keep track of for a while.
If I'm not mistaken, the two on the surfboard at the end of the challenge are together, right? I thought they said something to each other about the fact that others might realize they're IN a two-person alliance, rather than "forming" an alliance...
