Without A Trace 5/12
I just got a chance to watch...
Well... it was interesting to say the least.
Things I picked up on:
The owner of the strip club and the stripper were from S2 "The Line"
She played the bounty hunter.. he played the boyfriend cop.
The two sisters were supposed to be Jack's daughters.
The younger sister was from a S1 episode.. the one where the Vietnam Vets get together.. she played a lawyer on that episode also.
Jack definitely blames his father for his mother's suicide.
Loved the reaction Martin gave Jack when he told him that he was taking Sam to the strip club.
Anyone else pick up on anything?
One episode you have to watch twice to get what went over your head the first time.

turned it off after 12 mins. after he visited the old lady and asked her did her husband cheat on her.
what was the point of having jack in the old person's makeup? that we couldn't see the obvious link between Jack and the old missing guy?

There was no old missing guy.
Jack was grappling psychologically with the demons in his own life: his mother's suicide, his relationship with his father, his sudden divorce and separation from his daughters, Sam moving on with another man. Basically, he was faced with what his life likely is to become if he doesn't deal with his problems instead of ignoring them.

If this show ever produces such an absolutely horrid episode again, I'm done with it. This entire season has been on a completely different level than the excellent first and decent second season. But at least the episodes were bearable.
I was praying that even though it was LaPaglia in old person's make-up, it was still a real case. I thought there was absolutely no way the show would really end up making the entire thing a damn dream. Hell, after this episode, if next week's finale isn't improved on the season's quality in general, I might just hope ABC will counterprogram Thursday's at 10 or just turn the TV off for one hour.

Just a very bizarre episode, especially the one right before the season finale. I agree, this show used to be great, but it's been in a downward trend for quite a while and this one was near rock bottom.
