According to NBC's Scrubs site (I provided the link in the original post) - this is an "All New" episode.

This looks to be a new episode, with next week's My Drive By being the last this season. NBC has done a horrible job (as usual) with this and the fans did not know if this weeks show was going to be a new one or not.

Yep. I thought last weeks was it. My bad. I just figured they scrapped the Bateman thing until next season.

Lefty-tighty, righty-loosey.
How about a guest appearance by Dr. Burton's wife?
I can't believe Dr. Cox told Elliot that she had pretty blue eyes. I am in shock.

So is the guy who played Dr. Turner, Jim Hanks, related to Tom Hanks? I didn't see his name until the end credits but in the scene where he and Hooch are in front of the board where Turner's name had been replaced by Turk, I thought then that he looked a bit like Tom Hanks. And seeing the same last name in the credits, seems like that can't be a coincidence. (yeah yeah, Hanks isn't THAT rare a name, and I've never really heard of Tom having any relatives in the biz, but that doesn't mean anything...

Looks like he is related, rather closely. I noticed the resemblance as well.

He hasn't been credited for the appearance yet, but I'm pretty sure it's him.

My local affiliate bumped Scrubs for a special cooking show with their "Food guy" and one of their advertisers. Nice to see that NBC's affiliates are just as inept as their mother network. Needless to say, I was fucking pissed, and they heard about it.
They're showing the episode at 3:30 on Saturday afternoon. What a joke.

I missed that. That makes the Turner and Hootch joke even funnier, as Tom Hanks played Turner in the movie.
