Enterprise sucks. Just kidding. I stopped watching it then started back now I have stopped again. I have all the episodes but don't feel any need to watch them. The last one I caught was when the captain went to vulcan and got some ghost guy stuck in his head.

TrekUnited Proposed Season 5 Co-Production Deal To Paramount (TrekToday.com)
from slashdot
"TrekToday reports that the TrekUnited fan campaign a few weeks ago partnered with a group of Canadian production companies to pitch a co-production deal for 'Star Trek: Enterprise' to Paramount. As part of this deal, production would be moved up to Canada, and TrekUnited and the Canadian group would share the costs of a fifth season with Paramount. Apparently Viacom executives are considering the proposal, despite another branch of Paramount saying the cancellation was final just a few days ago."

Paramount Refused Fan Money
A high-ranking executive at Paramount Television, which produces Star Trek: Enterprise, not only denied to SCI FI Wire that the studio is in talks with Trek United, the fan group that is raising money to revive the show, but also sent a letter to Trek United chief Tim Brazeal last month saying that the studio would not accept fan money for such a purpose. "There are no talks going on with anybody at Paramount," John Wentworth, executive vice president for communications at Paramount TV, said in an interview. "And the decision to end the show IS final."
Tonight's episode does not sound to good. Was hoping it would be the Mirror episode.

Archer is still a *****. Kirk would have had the 4-way going right away, and probably have gotten Hoshi to join in.
I guess the Orion woman figured Trip must be part of Starfleet's 'Don't Ask Don't Tell' policy.
Looking forward to next week.

while the episode wasn't horrible, it did not live up to the rest of the season, and something more story/plot line intensive would have been more appropriate for the 6th to the last ep.
I have a bad feeling I'll be saying the same about next week too

My guess is that this episode and the next few were produced before the hammer came down, so I wouldn't hold it against them.

When asked about fan criticism, Braga said "If you go on some of these [internet] fan sites, you'd think I was one of the worst war criminals. And I make the mistake of reading this stuff every day."
"They [the fans] say I killed STAR TREK. That my work was so crappy that I got ENTERPRISE canceled" Braga said "There's a small but vocal group of people who have been lambasting me ever since THE NEXT GENERATION."

well, we wouldn't be bitching about B&B if it wasn't true
although I think Braga is the worst of the two, and Berman alone wouldn't have ruined trek as badly or as fast

I liked this episode the first time I saw it....
When it was called "Mudd's Women."
It wasn't bad the second time I saw it either...
When it was called "The Perfect Mate."
I guess if I plot works you stick with it.

Where did I see that one Orion female before? The Main one, I think her name was something like Navar?
My first thought was she looked familar from either ER or the Sopranos?

It certainly reminded me of that episode.
Who was the genius (Archer or Reed I guess) who thought it would be a good idea to guard the brig with male security personnel?

I missed the first ten minutes of the episode but goodness the last 40 minutes were pretty blah. Archer leaving the guy guarding the brig was just one of many oddities. And why oh why couldn't the writers just bury the Tuker-T'Pol romance? I expected more from Coto.
