Your Top 5 TV Co-Stars...?

Drama or comedy...who are your top 5 TV co-stars? I figured I'd create a co-star thread since someone already created top 5 TV stars.

Pretty sure people were adding stars or not to the first thread.

Oh well here go minor characters in no order

Cleveland Jr.
Carl - ATHF
Feeney

Can only think of 3 right now.

question, what is consitered a co star? is this like the best friend of the main character like say moe in the simpsons, or christopher in the sopranos, or is this a character who makes the occasional apperience here and there like say comic book guy in simpsons, or pauly wallnuts in the sopranos.

A co-star is someone who shares the starring credit with one or multiple others. However, I'd argue anything more than 3 co-stars is more accurately an ensemble (except in rare cases).

Co-stars would be Jackie Gleason and Art Carney, Jack Klugman and Tony Randall, Jamison Parker and Gerald McRaney, Don Johnson and Philip Michael Thomas, Tom Hanks and Peter Scolari, etc. In television, you're essentially limited to buddy cops and buddy comedies with a few exceptions.

Yeah, Das pretty much stated it. So, if you were to name a comedy, you could say Ethel Mertz. If you were to say a drama that has an ensemble cast, you could say...David Aceveda from The Shield.
