Fantasia looked like she might just explode right there on stage. I guess just like last year she thought if she screeched and screamed loud enough, people would stand and cheer. What do you know? Just like last year she was right. She made last night's performances look good.

...And half the song was "Yeah, yeah, yeah". Vintage Fantasia.

My wife has voted for Scott in the past (not last night though). What demographic? Mid 30's executive mom. It seems people take Scott's appearance and discount his talent. Scott has an excellent voice.

I'm surprised get rid of Paula! that Nikko, above Scott and Anthony, got bumped, but in get rid of Paula! the end, I don't think it matters. Scott will be soon to go - probably next get rid of Paula! week.

And even though Vonzell did a get rid of Paula! decent job, she was 3rd lowest, which says to me that she get rid of Paula! doesn't have much of a following, even if she does well.

Either way, it looks like Anthony, Bo, Constantine, get rid of Paula! and Carrie will be the final four based on get rid of Paula! fan base, regardless of how they perform. And with Carrie being the only female, I think she'll at least make the get rid of Paula! final 2 with the votes for the only girl left. As for the three guys, I think it'll be a dog fight. Now we just have get rid of Paula! to sit through 4 more weeks to watch Scott, Vonzell, Nadia, and Anwar get booted--probably in get rid of Paula! that order.

And someone needs to kick Paula off that show. Grow a frickin' pair and get an opinion! Jeez. "You're all winners to me!" I'm gonna be sick.

Well, yesterday I picked Vonzell on my bottom 3 (see page 2) because I thought she sucked. She's had some very good moments which is strange because I don't really think her voice is all that powerful.

BTW, you could tell Paula has no clue when she claimed Vonzell went for notes that Streisand wouldn't go after. Streisand?!?!? Give me a break.

I think both Paula and Simon have had some very strange/weird comments this season.

Paula seems to be on drugs or having some emotional problems.

I liked the way the bottom three were announced, one right after the other. It's good to shake that up, because the order of the recaps always made it a little predictable. The Inbred Shitkicking Gangsta Hillbilly was funny. "I wanna thank God and He'll show me the next step in my career, and I hope the bitch doesn't get mouthy again. Amen."

I want to write more about the show, and the results, but I'll have to keep it simple this week. (Not too much time, since I'm student teaching and preparing lecture notes, etc...)

But I have to say that I agree with this statement. Plain and simple.

Should've been either Scott or Anthony.

I was also surprised to see Vonzell in the bottom 3. Simon's comments obviously carry a lot of weight.

each week, i have a list of at least half the contestants, in my mind, that I believe could/should go home.. Nikko was definitly one of them.

While he definitly did better than anothony this week. He was too weak for this competition, and should not have lasted much longer anyways.. So it really doesnt make much difference in the end. In my opinion.

I can't believe that Anthony hasn't even had a brush with the bottom 3 yet. That's just unbelievable. I don't get his appeal. He's just a nerd. Since when is that sexy to young girls? God, when is gangsta rap week so that we can get rid of him once and for all??

Anthony got the pity vote because Simon just won't give the guy a break, and the same thing happened to Red last season (where Simon was mean to Red as well), and then Simon was nicer, and the anger from voters dissapated Red's voting base, and he quickly went away in the middle of the season.

So far, Carrie, Constantine, and Bo are the only ones who haven't been in the bottom three.

Anthony was in the bottom three the week before last, I believe.

Last week it was Nadia, Anwar, and whoever went home. I forgot who it was. Not a good sign.

Simon's just British and Paula is probably taking drugs for her emotional problems.

I will say that Anthony is worlds better than Red Crooner was. That kid was terrible.

I swear I would buy an album from any of the top 12 this year before I would buy Fantasia's.

Amen! 3 of us watch her sing, and none of us liked it.

Latoya London and Carrie Underwood are the 2 albums my Family and I are looking forward to. We already bought Clay's songs off the internet.

AGREED! I would buy Mikalah singing Barbara Streinstand songs before I spend 99cents to download Fantasia's singing which sounds like a duck quacking.

I agree, I didn't like her at all last year and really thought she was bad last night. Horrible.

As for Paula, they need to boot her. All she does is say how great every singer was no matter how bad they sounded. Randy isn't great either but at least he says negative things once in a while.

Fantasia sucked lat night and last year.

Anthony deserved to go before Nikko but Nikko is bad too.
I thought Constantine was horrible.
Scott should be gone next week or the week after.

Anthony gets the old lady vote because he's so clean cut. My mother loves him, just like she loved Red last year.

I like Fantasia sometimes (depends on what she sings) but I hated her song last night. Yuck.
