DVD Talk Hall of Fame
I watched it, but it was poorly executed. The idea of a former criminal turning his life around was actually a decent concept, but Frankie G can't act. On top of that, his speaking voice is garbled, making it pretty tough to get through an episode.
I had it on my season pass list on TiVo, but I stopped watching it a couple weeks ago.

I watched most of the eps, well recorded and watched them later but I guess that still counts..
Over all the show sort of suffered from strange pacing issues IMO being the story lines always studdered and restarted.. hard to explain if you did not watch the show it but it was frantic (for no real reason), then really slow (again for no reason) in just a strange mix, like a car with a bad clutch.... Johnny stands and has a 6+ min talk with his son, then all of a sudden is running down the street.. Johnny has a fight, then all of sudden he is sitting some where talking for 4 min, about nothing..
plus over all none of the eps moved the over all big story line along, at all.. He was to turn in/get info on this ex-gang boss guy he knew and I think for 6+ eps it was just him going on and on about how he can't find any info and some FBI agent (who ever was playing just sucks as an actor) bitching at him about it.. Good tv? Err no more like boring.. I know you can't waste a whole year long plot line in a few eps.. errrrrr but ya got to at least TRY to move it forward. More so when you are on a "We love to can shows!" network like fox..
Not that shocked it got canned..
