Who is Marvin Zinder??
Watching the news today in Houston, TX and some guy by the name of Marvin Zinder is doing a segment where he gives some housebound woman a TV... Is this guy for real? I swear it was an SNL-type skit.

He's for real. Marvin Zindler has been on Channel 13 (ABC) for ages. I remember him in the late 70's. Gotta love those shades!

It's Zindler. He's been doing news stuff for years. I think he was responsible for getting "The Best Little Whorehouse in Texas" (or the basis for it) shut down. He also did (does?) a lot of reports on restaurant cleanliness. Every Houstonian has heard "... and they had sliiiiiiime in the ice machine!"
