I was just gonna post this...The show is on the bubble right now to be renewed or not...so lets all watch (Then again they already canceled The Mountain and Star Trek, so they have a lot of time now in slots).

I've read that UPN is very strongly behind Veronica. It seems they want to let it build an audience for some time before making any decisions. They are also trying to change their image into a more female friendly network (reasoning behind cancelling Enterprise and possibly Smackdown).

I also heard that they were very happy with the ratings and it was safe grounds that it would be one of the shows that survives. Lets hope so.

I only have this show and Gilmore girls (not counting 2 reality shows: Survivor and Amazing Race), so they'd better not cancel it.

It also happens to be better than both Lost or Desperate Housewives who are hogging all the glory. I don't watch either one, I just "believe" I'm right.

Ok episode tonight. The Logan subplot was much more interesting than the kidnapped daughter storyline. The main story was just waaay too obvious half way through the episode as to who was behind it.

Anthony Anderson was very believable as a rap world thug. His wife was played by the chick from Coming to America. I haven't seen her in much since.

Well I do watch them both and I agree with you, not to say that Lost and Desperate aren't really good shows. This isn't the type of show that gets huge ratings wise, but if UPN just leaves it alone I'm sure it will continue to develop a solid dedicated fanbase. I almost wish the show wasn't on UPN since the channel has such a stigma of suck. Some people won't even turn their dial to the station. But on the bright side, at least it's not on Fox and thus is still actually on the air.

I liked this ep but I thought they telegraphed the "culprit" to hard for there to be any doubt as to who it was. Like the second dude came on screen I knew he "did it". Granted, I didn't know the particulars(at least there was a twist), but to be a show about mysteries...that's the only bad thing from last nights ep. Veronica, Wallace(wish he got more screen time as he's really funny), and Keith continue to be very likeable characters.

"We used to be friends...a long time ago."
(cue opening credits)

This is without a doubt my favorite show on TV right now.

While not the best episode, it had plenty of flashbacks, and you have to love how Logan handles the papparazzi.

"I'm not scrawny." Haha.

So now we have a future storyline: The Search for the Collagen Abuser.

Logan's antics at the reception was classic Logan, over-the-top, but funny.

I agree that Logan story was more interesting then the main story and they did a pretty bad job of not giving away the brother's involvement, as soon as they showed the storm drain you knew how he was going to get what he was after.

Should be interesting with Veronica looking for Logan's mom.

It was painfully obvious that the son had something to do with the disappearance.

Forget about Logan's mother, Veronica, have you forgotten that your mother is still out there somewhere?

No Weevil lately.

I am really loving this show. I quit watching Scrubs to watch this. I got hooked on this show while I was off on Christmas break by watching the reruns I am not caught up yet. They need a dvd release about a month before the new season starts so I can get completely caught. I love Bell and Colantoni on this show. I really liked the along time ago we used to be friends line at the beginning. I also liked the line about getting the ducks in a row. This was a really good episode.

Scrubs and Veronica Mars are probably my favorite shows on TV now (definitely both are high in the top 5), so it sucks that they are on against each other. I wouldn't miss either one though.
