Title: "United"
Written by Judith & Garfield Reeves-Stevens

Spoiler:
Trapped aboard a mysterious drone ship that's been terrorizing the region, Trip and Malcolm work to outwit the Romulans, who are piloting the vessel via remote control, in order to save their own lives and stop the feuding Andorians and Tellarites from going to war. Archer tries to unify the Andorians, Tellarites and Vulcans in a plan to capture the marauder ship.

I hope people don't give up watching the show just because it's ending.

I won't be, but at this point: what does it matter if they do?

Just the perception. Wouldn't you agree it would be much sadder if the show just faded into obscurity?

Given the awful ratings of the last few years, I think that ship has sailed.

I will be staying until the bitter end to celebrate what Trek was and how these threads helped me to endure the decline.

WTH
Spoiler:
she got nicked in the arm, even if it was set to kill it shouldn't have done much to her if she survived the initial hit. TNG phasers set on 7(8 and above vaporized) wouldn't kill you with an arm hit just burn real bad

Well she did mention something about seeing other Andorians die from some sort of infection brought on by phaser wounds...
and UPN needs some spoiler tags of their own.

Hoshi: what are you doing up?
Travis: well, I've gone months at a time with no lines and the show is over at the end of this season so I figured I better try to get some lines in for my resume.

Spoiler:
The Albino Andorian is pretty cool. So was the Rigellians. I think they're eventually members of the Federation too, but we've never seen any of their ships.

The fleet shot was really cool. It makes me sad that stuff along that line won't get to be shown now.

Seriously, at least the show is going out on top and not dragging along. TNG was good, but it's last season had a bunch of pointless episodes. DS9 went out with it's great 10-hour arc and Voyager kinda just ended.

Yeah I thought Andorian too. It's cool to finally see the actual start of the Federation.

Eh, a pretty good episode. It would have been better without the fanwank telegraphing: "Perhaps one day, we can start some sort of... federation..."

We know it's coming. Why have the characters act like they do, too?

Because it's actively being pursued in the actions they are taking. And later this season, there's going to be more movement on the issue.
