Finished watching tonight's episode over an hour ago and just saw this thread now...

Did anyone else expect a new couple to emerge right at the end?

I was thinking a Pacey-Joey reunion, but it looks like there could be something between Pace and Audrey.

What happend to Pacey's girlfriend form the beginning of the season? She was only on one episode and only used as an excuse for Pacey to have a boat. Just bad storytelling if you ask me. I think this season is finally starting to improve with the last 2 episodes(not counting the Halloween episode). Now all they have to do is get Pacey and Joey back together and I'd be a happy person.

Not a bad episode. I agree that this show is not as good as it once was (although I still watch every episode). It will be interesting to see what happens to Pacey. Joey or Audrey? It's gonna be one or the other.

Ugh. I'm not a fan of Joey, although it is starting to look like she might wake up from this stuck at 15 emotionally state soon. I think Pacey and Audrey would be good together.

I thought last night's episode was one of the best of the season so far (which isn't saying much).

I like Audrey...she's a good character...it definitely looks like she and Pacey have some chemistry.

I always liked Pacey and Joey together, but I think Pacey and Audrey might be a better match...that sucks for Joey, though, unless she can hook up with Jack. ;)

Ah, but what better way to break out of the goodie goodie stage? You always hear stories about the good little Catholic girl going off to college and becoming a wild child.

What new couple do you think emerged at the end? I guess I missed it.

Yeah, but I think that would be too radical for her character. Parents (because of the whole infidelity thing...cause the prof is married) and teens (because I'm sure a lot of them see Joey as somewhat of a role model) across the country would go crazy...

Being goodie goodie and moral can be two separate things. I think Joey's morals wouldn't allow her to be a homewrecker.

I was wondering what he was talking about too...unless GW doesn't know that Jack is gay (since Audrey went with him). Joey and Pacey aren't a new couple....they went out before.

I finally watched my tape last night and I think that was one of the best episodes of DC ever. Aside from that moment when they were all cheesy about their friendship and all, it was very entertaining. Jack had all the best lines at dinner man.

As for who the new couple will be, I'd like to see where a Pacey-Audrey pairing would go. But I have to admit that I'm a Pacey/Joey fan as well.

I just can't get myself to watch this show anymore, though I used to love it. I tell you, if they ever put season 1 on DVD, I'm buying it!

i THOUGHT they might be leading up to Pacey/Joey but then their scene just kindof ended. Guess not.

About Joey and her professor... they did the teacher/student sex things years ago with Pacey, remember?

I will have to agree with everyone, and want to see if a Pacey/Audrey relationship will happen. And I have a feeling they might do it because of the whole "my roommate is dating my ex" thing

Does anyone know when the next new eps will be?

I'm not sure, but the next episodes they have listed are on 1/2. They're showing the episode where Dawson's father dies at 8 est and the episode after at 9 est. So no new episodes until at least 1/9.

I liked this episode! It was fun! :D

Joey on stage....wow! She gave me the hot. -other- :D :p I'm pretty sure that was her voice too (although not live, obviously). I was pretty shocked that she kissed Charlie, since it seemed so out of character...but then again, getting on a stage and singing in front of a hundred people in a club is also out of character. :D Maybe it was just a combination of her being hurt because of Dawson and Jen and because of the "pact" that she and Audrey made to kiss a bunch of guys that night.

Pacey and Audrey seem to be sizzling up. Admittedly, I was a Pacey-Joey fan (as opposed to Dawson and Joey), but I would really like to see Pace and Audrey together. :thumbsup:

I liked this episode as well. Like Pacey said, how'd we get thru high school without Audrey?
Pacey/Audrey seems to be the way things are gonna sway. Let's see what happens.

I don't like though...

Unfortunately I only caught half this episode tonight as my friend called in the middle of it and I had to mute it and help him out with a problem. I personally like the Dawson/Jen relationship and liked it from the first time they started dating in HS. I also think that Pacey will definitely hook up with Audrey, and that they will be a pretty good match. I think Joey will get pretty upset over it, but I could easily see Joey cutting loose a little bit more this year, maybe with the teacher, and even some flings with Jen's ex Charlie. Only time will tell though. I like how Jen and Dawson's mom got along, even after she found out that :D

Heck yeah we should do these weekly. There are certain shows that we don't answer the phone through. This is one of them. Joey on stage was pretty cool. Jen and Dawson's Mom bonding was a surprise, especially after noticing his shirt. I really like the idea of Pacey and Audrey getting together. She's really added something to the show. I'm worried about this whole her working at the restaurant thing. I'm sure Danny's looking for a replacement for his last mistress. It was great to hear that Pacey's Dad said he was proud of him. Everything seems to be going great for Pacey.

I'm not sure about next week's show. I have a feeling that the previews made more out of it than there actually is. I doubt that Jen and Dawson will be over already. Part of me wonders if this whole thing got started because Michelle Williams had talked about leaving the show. Now she's way more involved in the story.
