emma is awesome. i hope she ends up with pacey. and i am really upset that audrey is still there. i think they could have left her in rehab, and no one would have minded. i wouldn't mind seeing a few weddings before the season ended, either. and bring back andy!

Kal-El 02-07-03 12:58 AM

I would REALLY like Pacey and Joey to end the show together.

 Ditto. Also I wouldn't mind Dawson & Audrey together if she can stay sober. Also, what the hell did Jen do to her hair? :yack:

Patman 02-07-03 05:40 AM

Jen has had that hairdon't for a few shows, and what's scary is that someone probably got paid a lot of money for that haircut, and that's tragic.

This episode was pretty good. I got the feeling the person who wrote it must have been a long-time fan. It was kind of funny how Joey kept bringing up older plot points that the writers usually forget about it, such as Joey once dated Jack and the death of Abby Morgan.

It was also funny what Joey said about CJ "Does anyone know what CJ stands for anyway?"

There were alot of little moments like that.

Circle Jerker.

Was this episode a big product placement for Best Buy?

I was expecting Pacey to say something like "Turn on the fun."

And next week's very special retail sponsor:
Spoiler:
K- Mart
.

I'm pretty sure one of them did say that right at the beginning...

Spoiler:
On the way home from a business party, Pacey (Joshua Jackson) and Joey (Katie Holmes) make an unexpected stop at a Kmart, miss closing and spend the entire night locked up together. Wandering around the deserted store, the former lovers play in the toy department, dance in the electronics department and talk about life, love and their history together. The night ends with a kiss that leaves them wondering where they go from here.

I thought this was actually one of the better ones this season, I love seeing Pacey & Joey together. I liked what Joey said to the cashier when they were leaving.

What a great 60 minute informercial for K-Mart that was. Can't wait for next week when they get locked in Baby Gap.

This episode put me to sleep. Seriously, they could have mixed it up a little more. Most of us have seen Career Opportunities already. Give me some of the other characters interacting. I like Pacey and Joey, but not for the whole show.

Aaron Amos 02-12-03 10:26 PM

when did Joshua Jackson grow a goatee?

He's had one all season as far as I remember. He does look much older w/ it, that is for sure.

WiccanPagan 02-13-03 12:32 AM

god what a dull episode. i literally flipped between it and my wife and kids and passed on it for the second half hour. the pacey/joey show got old the first time around. we needed to see more of jack and emma they are the ones holding the show up with me.

the highlight of the episode: no audrey!!!:up::up: however this is the first episode which i noticed (it was probably there before) that she made it to the opening credits. :yack:

Talk about fantasyland......
I have never been in a K-Mart ever that nice.

As for the ep. Was too long for just the 2 leads.
A couple of funny lines. But all in all a dud.
Too bad they had to watch Fear/Loathing in
regular format. And not the Criterion version.
Now that would have been cool.

Kal-El 02-13-03 01:02 AM

Eh, I loved it. Always been a fan of Pacey/Joey. :D

bigjim25 02-13-03 01:12 AM

That was a nice KMart. DVDs were on shelves instead of lockup in display case.

Same here. I haven't watched all season but these 2 are my favorite couple on the show so I tuned in and I wasn't disappointed. If it was more about them 2 toghether this season then I wouldn't have tuned out.

GuessWho 02-13-03 08:50 AM

I liked this episode the first time I saw it...

Kal-El 02-13-03 09:18 AM

So what if it was a homage/ripoff of CO? Did you guys complain as well when they did the Breakfast Club episode back in S1? Jeez...

GuessWho 02-13-03 09:57 AM

Don't get me wrong i DID like last night! pacey is a much more interesting character than Dawson ever was.

Dawson's Creek - 03/26

Our favorite gang from Capeside was finally back on the air w/ a new episode. Well, it was half the gang - Dawson, Joey and Pacey. Still, I thought it was a good episode.

The tension and uncertainty between Joey and Pacey seemed to mount, but a possible resolution might be in the air. Joey teaches her prof's little girl, Harley, a lesson or two about boys, and life in genera,l while babysitting. Dawson finds himself back in Capeside visiting the old high school and Pacey is there at the same time checking on his dad in the hospital. They both run into each other towards the end and have their best conversation in years, possibly. Looks like they are trying to resolve things for the end game. Only 7 new eps left until it is all over.

Dawson's Creek - 3/26

Did anybody else watch? I loved it. Very nice character moments for the original trio. Loved the Joey/Pacey intro and the Dawson/Pacey ending. Doug and Pacey had their little thing too. I reaaaaly hope they end it with Joey and Pacey. I just can't see how they're gonna still end it with Dawson/Joey with the setup they've been doing for the Pacey/Joey thing these past few eps. Especially since next week they show
Spoiler:
Joey and Pacey making out
