Great episode, loved the fact that GOB was still in his dads suit and saying Come On! I was cracking up when micheal kissed his son, that was wrong. And of course the best part had to be the Wall. How many nicknames does Ann have now?

Wow, I don't think I laughed once during the entire episode. In fact, I was having trouble keeping my attention on the show, which is really unusual, especially since I go out of my way to watch it. Oh well, they can't all be home runs.

You do know he has his own show, right? I mean, Quintuplets isn't a great show, certainly no Andy Richter Controls The Universe, but for typical sit-com fare, it's not bad.

Agreed, sort of. I probably chuckled a few times, but that was it. Still mediocre Arrested Development > 95% "good" TV.

Good to see Andy Richter.

I miss Lucky.

"You look surprised." LOL!

maxpower 01-17-05 09:04 AM

I liked George senior using a more subdued "come on" when chastising Michael in the flashback.

Cusm 01-17-05 09:44 AM

"I could knock her down. I won't, but I could"

"Jude Law" "Hey great, Young guy and the sea, we could CGI the fish"

"Get it to me before gym" "huh?" "Before lunch, with Jim, Carrey. He's the Grinch guy, but your a little too young to remember him."

JK Simmons will always be SchillinGer, especially reminded me of him when he told her to go downtown.

According to the imdb, Alia Shawkat was born in April 1989, so yeah, she would be 15.

If this doesn't make you laugh then nothing will. COME ON!

So what??

Julia Louis Dreyfus was on for two or three episodes. I'm not talking making it onto the opening credits, I'm talking about a semi-regular guest star for a while. Sheesh.

I've learned a lesson today: Don't mess with Quints.

Was that the same guy helping Gob w/ the chair as from when he was trying to get into Poof Magazine? That had me dying

Deftones 01-17-05 09:12 PM

Best Andy Richter cameo ever!

spartanstew 01-17-05 10:41 PM

Thought the episode was extremely funny. Maybe it's because I haven't seen one in awhile, so I forgot what a good comedy was like, but this one had me cracking up more than usual.

Another home run for the AD crew -- I haven't been this enveloped in a show since the Simpsons heydey (starting with seasons 3 and 4).

Between that and the kiss, I was rolling. I'm not a laugh out loud person, but both of those got me.

I also thought it was one of the better ones of the season.

"It could be worse, he could want to marry his mother. Oh, are we still not lauging about that yet?"

I read Julia Louis Dreyfuss is set to return for a couple more eps. this season.

LOVED when they took away Buster's beret and gun and gave him the top hat and cane. Brilliant.

I also love the emotional swelling music during the brother/brother and father/son scenes.

Bronkster 01-18-05 02:30 PM

I watched it again last night. As Pezboy mentioned, the music cues were great in how they start, then stop so suddenly. I also love the complete lack of continuity in this show - Buster is in the Army one week, and he's really not the next, but then really in again. And GOB being dropped from a crane, but not hurt in the next episode. COME ON!
