Does anyone watch "The Biggest Loser"?

I missed the last hour of the episode last night and I was hoping I'd find the re-cap here. Did anyone see it?

Assuming you saw the "contestants make the trainers work" part:

* They had a challenge where the contestants had to stand in the rain and wind holding a dozen or so balloons. If they let go or if their hand dropped below a certain point, they lost. There was no immunity offered. The prize was a very expensive treadmill. Ryan won.

* At the weigh-in, Ryan lost 10 lbs... and stayed way in front. Mo lost 1 lb and stayed in the bottom. Kelly lost 5 lbs, ending up at 22.7% total weight lost. Gary lost 2 lbs, barely edging Kelly with 22.9% weight lost. Kelly and Mo were below the yellow line.

* At the cut-the-fat ceremony, Gary and Ryan both voted to eliminate Mo.

* The three remaining contestants were told they, too, would be leaving the ranch. At that point they would return home and be expected to apply the lessons they've learned to real life, without the benefits of their trainers. In three months (I'm assuming next week, live perhaps?) they will return and it will be decided who is the Biggest Loser.

* One at a time, they said goodbye to their trainers, each getting an expensive looking 'Biggest Loser' ring to remind them of the experience.

* They returned home, but the episode ends as they each are about to enter their houses.

Also, they showed how Mo is doing today, and he has lost another 25 lbs or so since leaving the show.

I caught the first hour. For some reason, I thought it was going to go on for another hour, which would show them going home and applying what they had learned to their lives. So I guessed all I really missed was them saying goodbye to the trainers and the update on Mo. Yay! Can't wait for next week.
Thanks!
