Episode titles from Grounded for Life are song titles or lines from songs, sometimes edited to fit the plot of the show:
"Lily B. Goode"
"Eddie and This Guy with Diamonds"
"I Just Paid to Say I Love You"

I like shows that don't use simple patterns -- sometimes the title of an episode is one more example of the creative references that a writer can use in building a story as a whole.
Star Trek's "Conscience of a King," "City on the Edge of Forever," "Let That Be Your Last Battlefield" come to mind. I'm sure I can come up with 4 or 5 good B5 titles just as easily.

Wonderfalls had an animal in every episode title. And every title is two words:
" _______ (type of animal)"
" _______ (type of animal)"

Yeah, I always thought that was cool. I wish they hadn't gotten away from that...

Someone over at "Desperate Housewives" must really love musical theatre...all of the episodes are named after showtunes. They especially love Sondheim, I think.
Pretty Little Picture (A Funny Thing Happened...)
Anything You Can Do (Annie Get Your Gun)
Your Fault (Into the Woods)
Etc, etc.
