Is there anywhere that I could find a guide to only shows on both cable and broadcast that are new airings only? This is that time of year when new and repeats intertwine with each other and it makes it a pain to see what you want to watch, and unfortuanly I have a cable DVR and this is not an option for recording like it is on Tivo.

Titantv.com lists "repeat" or "new" next to each of the shows in their grid. I don't know if you're going to find a site that lists new only.

Right on the front page there's a "New Tonight" list. Then click on 'more' for a full list of new primetime shows for the next seven days. If your favorite show isn't listed it's not new this week.
