Re: Project Runway 7 January 14

Jesus made a horrible dress but I think Jesse was lucky. his model did not look good in the dress.

Some nice stuff though, and a great challenge.

Amy's winning dress was good.

Another very strong week from Mila as well.

Anna Marie was also fortunate to dodge Heidi's kiss. Her outfit sucked ass.

Adios to Anna Marie. Happy to see Anthony win one. Janeane is currently on thin ice.

Emilio's dress looked much worse with the straps IMO. Like a figure skating outfit.

They are definitely picking them off in the proper order thus far. One too many crap garments and Janeane is finally gone. I was surprised that Emilio didn't finish in the bottom 3. I wasn't terribly impressed with any of the designs this week.

Re: Project Runway 7 January 14

I knew Seth Aaron was gonna win this one, he would have won based on his kids look alone! It was clearly a Seth Aaron look no question, but it was very strong.

Emilio's Pink Dress for the little girl should have sent him home, I was surprised he was free and clear.

Amy wasn't going home for that . She took a leap, it didn't work, but she's strong.

Re: Project Runway 7 January 14

as much as I'd like to say I'm watching the new season, for me Project Runway is so old, just as I don't watch American Idol anymore. I feel like both shows have run their course.
ok you all continue.... I just wanted to post my observation.

Re: Project Runway 7 January 14

Bye-bye, Jesse. Emilio dodge another bullet with that outfit. Jay's pants and belt were deserving of the win.

Emilio should have received the boot.

It was completely obvious that he should have been cut!

Apparently, I can grab some pink twining and a crapload of washers, string them together into a mess of bare-coverage junk and be declared a "fashion designer".

Re: Project Runway 7 January 14

I think the only thing that saved Emilio is some of his past outfits. If it had been last year with all the different judges I don't know how he could survive.

Given that he sent her down almost naked, I thought it was a little bit of a dick move that he dropped his model on Models of the Runway. She didn't see it coming at all.

I agree - Jesse went based on his history of not being very good.

Re: Project Runway 7 January 14

Adios to Ben. Those jock strap pants were hideous. Seth Aaron's Matrix jacket was pretty impressive considering the limited time he had to construct it. Glad to see Jonathan finally get a win. Also happy to see Mila getting a taste of the bottom 3.

Re: Project Runway 7 January 14

SBJ: I agree although I thought the collar of Jonathan's design was a bit over the top/campy. I loved Seth Aaron's black leather design and it was fun to see Mila in the bottom three.

I actually think that he'll make the final 3. However, I just don't see him taking the grand prize.

Re: Project Runway 7 January 14

IMO, Jay should have gone instead of Amy. However, Amy has been on thin ice and Jay has had some recent success. Glad to see Emilio and Seth both get the win. You can tell Maya is starting to get pissed that she is the only one remaining that hasn't won a single challenge. Sad to see Holly go.

Re: Project Runway 7 January 14

I agree, but Jay has a couple of wins.

Seth strong yet again, but Emilio winning is good. Those 2 seem like they can get top 3.
only 2 women left?

And I don't like when Kors isn't there.

Re: Project Runway 7 January 14

I really liked Emilio and Seth Aaron's designs. Jonathan's was a mess, and Milla's was horrible.

I'm hoping Emilio, Seth Aaron, and Maya are in the final three.

I agree.

I knew Anthony wasn't going to make it to the final three but I really loved his personality.

I thought the Mila's tablecloth dress was the worst by far.
