does anyone know how many more episodes of lost are left

I think we've been through 9 episodes. If the standard season of 22 holds, then we've got 13 more to go.

I can't wait until Lost and 24 are on concurrently.

According to epguides.com, Lost is only 14 episodes.

Didn't ABC pick it up for a whole season? That would take it up to 22.

That doesn't mean anything, they only list Arrested Development Season 2 as 6 episodes.

epguides only lists the episodes that have already aired, plus a few future episodes if they've received information on them.

Correct. For instance, though Friends was well in the can by the end of February, the episode list only went up through airings in March. This is pretty typical of any show being actively aired.

The was a posting in TV Forum last week that said there would be a time when both this and Alias would be running new episodes concurrently at the start of the new year in a Wednesday two hour J.J. Abrams block.
