Thank god that story is over, the resolution made the whole thing seem like a huge waste of time.

Next episode looks interesting atleast. Franz said in tvguide today a former cast member was coming back and that character wouldn't have been on the top of my list of guesses

Wow, that was a bit of an anticlimax. Weeks of tense buildup, and then.......the stalker is told to go away and don't do that no more.

I'm guessing no episode next week, due to that presidential thing and all.

Next episode:
Spoiler:
The return of Bobby Simone! I wasn't really paying attention during the previews, and then I heard his voice.

True, true. The story arc of Junior being a drunken lout appears to be ending as well. And the Lt isn't a complete prick, he's just anal about rules.

Anticlimatic, agreed. If only Andy'd done more than just threaten, that would've been a surprise, at least.
The Lt. is getting to be a more interesting character, and I like Baldwin's dealings with Jr. Work's like that sometimes...
Also loved the gals' looks as Jr. fumbled through his stack of phone numbers...

Maybe things will get back to normal.

Glad the stalker issue is done, can Hatcher actually jus stay away?

I guess John had a hard time knowing that his personal life was being so closely examined and realizing what a low-life he has become. Maybe that is almost over.

Glad the Lt. is seeming to be realxing a little more around his staff. Didn't need to lecture to Andy, could have just acted like a stand-up guy, but had to still create conflict. Oh, well.

Hope the new episode is meaningful and not just a stunt.

Got to remembering: this had been rumored about 1 1/2 - 2 seasons ago, but nothing ever came of it at that point, other than the actor publicly saying that he was VERY open to the idea......

Yeah - that was the best part of the episode - John realizing how much of a douche he was being. Of course, he was douche banging a different hot chick every night.

Next week should be interesting.

I could feel how awkward it was for Clark to watch the girl from the bar confess that she was underage, while the lieutenant glared at him.

I wonder if this was the last of Hatcher, or will he become even more obsessed and try to kill Andy. I'm glad the stalker storyline is done though.

I like how they had the Lt. save Andy's job, but did it as a boss and not like a friend. I'm glad the Lt. is letting up somewhat, but this could set up a situation where Andy now owes him big time, and won't like helping him one bit.

The next episode should be pretty interesting. Hopefully it's not cheesy.

All that build up? For that payoff? Booo!!!!

Good to see Clark realize the error of his ways.

Samaire Armstrong guest spot.

I think I heard Bonnie attempt an accent again.

You're not the first person I've heard make snarky comments about this.

The fact is that Bonnie Somerville was born and raised in Brooklyn, so I don't think she's "attempting" anything...

Snarky?

I don't care if she was born and raised there, the fact is she is an actress and has been in Hollywood for God know's how long. Anybody who watches this show and pays any attention to it will realize that her accent comes and goes. I don't care if it's close to a real accent from one of the five burroughs or not - she's not consistent w/ it, imo.

I also agree, the payoff was a tad weak. The Clark storyline was better, esp. with Baldwin telling him like it is.

Looking forward to Bobby.
