Insanely Popular TV shows you've never seen?

I've never seen a single episode of E.R., CSI, Angel or Buffy.

Your turn... shock me.

Full House...

Yeah I know the base line info about the show, I think I have of course seen a frame here or there walking past a tv in a story or something like that but really sat and watched an ep? Never did..

Why? 100% pure hate for Bob Sagat.. the upspeaking, the wise cracks the whole style he acts.. On of those "stars" that if he joined any of my fav shows now, I would just stop watching them..

Let see, older show but was a top show when I was younger..
Hill Street Blues.. never seen an ep past the starting song..

Now I try to catch at least one ep of any given show sep reality tv shows so I have not seem 99% of those at all.. No mater how popular they might get or how much others talk about them..

by single episode, do you mean all 60 mins (or 30) or actually witnessing part of a scene

"I've never seen a single episode of E.R., CSI, Angel or Buffy."

Same here ... except a co-worker loaned me a tape of one Buffy episode. I wasn't impressed.

Add 24, Alias, Survivor and Big Brother.

=============

I cannot believe someone hasn't seen The Andy Griffith Show. Like saying you haven't seen I Love Lucy or My Mother The Car ... Ok, maybe not MMtC.

Insanely popular show? I assume that means going by the ratings because I don't consider Angel or Buffy insanely popular.

For me, 24 and Alias.

I just got around to finally watching an episode of CSI. I'm a big fan of Law and/or Order but never had any interest. CSI is pretty entertaining. I can see why it's so popular.....plus I'm a big fan of William Peterson.

C.S.I., The West Wing, Most Reality Shows. Semi-related: i've seen Law and Order SVU three times in three years(well actually one full episode and two half eps) and it was that same episode eqch time! some kid was sodomized with a paddle, it was crazy. I was convinced every episode was about sodomy.

P.S. Buffy and Angel are Hugely popular, IMO. Ratings wise it's arguable, but everyone has heard of them and many have seen them.

Any of the CSI/Law & Order type shows. Not my bag.

Everybody loves raymond, never been drawn to watch it.

Actually, probably most of the shows on TV these days I've never seen. I stick to just a half-dozen or so that I watch religiously and leave the rest to the crowd.

I doubt anyone will beat me in this game.

Pretty much you name it, I haven't seen it, I hate television programming, (just a few shows I've watched in my life).

Friends - Probably my most shocking. I've been in the room when it's been on, girlfriend or roomates watching it, but I was always doing something else.

ER
Law & Order
Any reality show except Survivor a couple of times & Joe Schmo somehow I actually watched an episode. I've literally never seen any other reality show.
Frasier
Cheers
CSI
West Wing
Just about every popular sitcome that exists except for Seinfeld, That 70s Show, & Boy Meets World.
Mash
I Love Lucy
Honeymooners (pretty much all those old classic shows)

I can go on & on, I'm a movie & sports fanatic, with so much of that to watch, it always amazed me how people watch TV so much. Plus, I just think TV programming is incredibly boring.

That's what I was thinking. Angel or Buffy don't do crap ratings wise. But then again, neither really does Alias or 24 (although they are significantly higher than the Buffyverse).

I suppose the top of my list would include: CSI (or its off shoots), Law and Order (or its off shoots), Survivor (well any reality show for that matter), and the West Wing. I don't watch much of anything on CBS, NBC, or ABC beyond Alias and more recently Scrubs.

I believe 24 is a top-10 show, or at least, top-20.

I think you're right!

(Except maybe for that guy who's never seen The Simpsons)

I thought of a couple of others I've never seen:

Dawson's Creek
90210
Melrose Place (I may have caught a few minutes of that one once)
