I've been watching this show since the very first episode. I can count on the fingers of one hand how many original airings I've missed. After all these years, I hope the show ends with dignity. No more killing!

BLUE has been one of my mainstays since it's debut but I have to admit that I had stopped watching it before Jimmy Smits' last two season and all but the last Rick Shroeder year. I had found the characters become boring but I really admired how the show revived itself with it's cast changes and have been a steady watcher since the Mark-Paul era!!
I'm confident that the producers will end this show with the dignity that it began with!!
Can't wait till tonight!!

I was the same exact way. I stopped watching a couple years into the Smits years through the last few episodes of the Rick Schroeder years.

Not the strongest episode I thought. Neither case was very interesting.
It looks like there's going to be alot of in-house fighting this season
Clark and Andy going at it becasue Clark's a drunk
Rita and the new girl got off to a bad start.
The new Lt. seems like he's going to get in to it with everyone.

Jackie Aprile Jr. as a cop!
I wonder who's stalking Andy. Maybe the cop he tangled with last season.

Interesting premiere - both cases were blah, but the inter-office dynamic just got a whole lot more interesting.

She dated Ross on Friends a couple of years ago.
She was the co-worker who tried unsuccessfully to seduce Sandy Cohen on The O.C.
And she has been in a couple of cancelled sitcoms, iirc.

THAT WAS MONA??????????????
Shit, I knew I recognized her...damn. Good job toughing it up.
Anyway, I liked it. Good to have Blue back. Could Andy's stalker be that guy with the uncle over at IAB? I can't remember his name right now. Hatcher?

It was only a temporary gig.
I love when the squad gets a new boss so we get experience Andy's reactions. The tension btwn Andy and Junior should be entertaining to watch.
My guess is that the new detective likes the ladies.

I already have thoughts how the series will end, and if I am right, boo to the writers for telegraphing it so early. But here is to 19 more new episodes.
