I have never seen this show before. I just tuned in to see Shannen Doherty.

I found the show to be pretty crappy. I do not think that Brooke is good enough to be the star of the show. She looks pretty plain as a brunette and isn't captivating onscreen. The rest of the characters did not really do much for me, but I guess if I got hooked on their storylines I might feel different. But, really, the acting on this show is the worst that I have seen in a long time. I mean, I am all for crap. I watched Melrose Place religiously. But I think the show is really missing something.

It was fun to see Shannen in a bad girl role. I loved her opening line about Beverly Hills!

Loved the Beverly Hills drop-in. Shannen's still got a great body. Overall, moving toward butter territory though.

Melrose had a better interaction between characters with crossing story lines and everyone bumping into each other with in those story lines. Sure most of the story lines were weak but that just make it that much more trashy goodness as they break into a mental hospital and so on on melrose

Where with northshore they pretty much have 5 (or whatever) story lines and they all run parallel to each other with not much over lap sep when person A bitches at person B about something... plus most of the stories on northshore are dull by trashy tv standard.. Ohh no a couple moves in together? yawwwwwwnnnnn....... Where is the crazy chick looking to blow the whole place up?!!? heh

But you can always count on Tessa to do everything in her own best interest, but she's able to parlay her plays into something for her own gain. She's the best part of the show.

Righetti is the best part of the show, and she is the reason I wish FOX would cancel it so she could go back to The O.C., but we know that isn't going to happen or it would have already. Who is Brooke Burns hooked up w/ at FOX?

Shannen is not aging very well, imo.

Shannen Doherty's charcter working with Tessa was the least shocking thing in TV history. Goot to see them deviate from the normal soap playbook for that one

Can't wait to see Gabe's mean face when he confronts Frankie about him and the blonde chick.

I feel bad for Amanda Righetti.. She seems to be the only person with talent among the young regulars.

And what's pretty impressive is that Righetti is only 21.

I think she'll be back on The O.C. as well (though I could be mistaken).

She'll be pulling "Heather Locklear-like" double duty if she also returns to The O.C.

I was just thinking - if Amanda Righetti goes back to The O.C. like we all hope, maybe she can bring Nikki De Loach w/ her as set dressing.

I think Shannen Doherty looked horrible...especially her teeth.

Yeah, her teeth were pretty bad. I could not keep from staring at them when she first checked into the hotel.

Also, her eyes seem to have gotten more off balance as she has goten older. It was always pretty bad, but now it seems worse. Maybe it is just because I have not seen her for a while.

Still like her though. Not sure why, but I do.
