The Magna Doodle was shown in last night's episode, right next to the door, I think.

How in the world can Joey afford that incredible apartment?
I guess that's something else they carried over from Friends. ;)

Great episode, BTW.

Pretty solid episode last night. The banter between Joey and Gina is proving to be quite funny.

I'm just glad that Joey's agent wasn't in this episode.

good episode. I think I'll be sticking with it, and I'm glad the other characters are getting more development, hopefully they'll start following them around too instead of just Joey.

enjoyed this episode as well....though i don't really like the landlady all that well so far.

I am definately going to continue watching every week though

I actually really did not like this episode, and I liked the pilot quite a bit more. The pilot focused a lot more on Joey than the other characters (by the way, none of which I've really started to like yet). Aside from Joey's teaching his nephew some of his moves, I thought this episode was quite a dud. I'm gonna keep watching, see if it just takes a while to get into its groove.

Also, maybe it's just me, but does the set really bother anyone else? Granted, it's nice watching it in HDTV but it looks like something that should be from the 70s.

I thought it was great...

Favorite part was Joey in hot tub mocking his nephew..

Uhh, Golly, nice to meet you, geez...

I was laughing hysterically during that sequence.

"She doesn't look that smart."

"Oh gee, I guess you won't be co-authoring a book together!"

Great line, although I tend to doubt that Joey should know what "co-authoring" means. :)

That was my favorite too. I bet Matt LeBlanc could do a mean Reverend Jim Ignitowski impression

This slow is getting there, I suspect it will get better as time goes on. I think its obvious that the Lawyer and Joey are going to hook up.

I think Joey will have a healthy life in front of it provided NBC has the patience for it to deliver the goods and doesn't axe it ASAP like Fox does after a show doesn't perform in its first ten minutes.

I'm pretty sure this show has nothing to worry about from NBC. This isn't like when the Seinfeld cast tried to do their own shows as new characters. Joey has a huge advantage in being a spinoff.

The Barcolounger is in his dressing room and will not be used in the set. I read that somewhere, EW probably.

Overall, I thought the show was okay. The show is slowly growing on me.

Big Worms 09-17-04 11:20 PM

I liked the show. Funny!

The only problem I had was that his furniture showed up, but it is all different. What happened there? :hscratch:

Either way I will keep watching it.
