Should I watch ST: TOS in AIRDATE or PRODUCTION order?
Just picked up the TOS on DVD, but the episodes are in airdate order. I'm a fan of the franchise, but have only seen a handful of the TOS episodes. What would be better - to watch them in airdate or production order?

I'd watch "Where No Man Has Gone Before" off Disc #1 first, since it was the 2nd pilot that led to the series... Having it as the third episode (in airdate order) is awkward because there were makeup/costume/cast changes afterward.
Otherwise, it really doesn't matter much, since there are no arcs to speak of. After "No Man" I'd watch them in disc order, just for ease of use.

Corbomite. And the pilots are "The Cage" and "Where No Man Has Gone Before". The Cage will be on the third season set as it was never really seen until the 80s.
Otherwise, I say stick with production order as keeps little oddities like that from slipping in, and it makes the stardates jump around less.
