I finished watching them all. I really liked "A Call to Arms".
I particularly liked the music - it was different from previous B5 music, and added a sense of urgency.

I haven't watch a single one yet. I mean I've seen them all before, but I've not watched any from the new set yet.
I hated the music on A Call to Arms. It was just too out there for me. But if I'm not mistaken (and I have the memory of a grapefruit, so I may very well be mistaken), my wife seemed to like it.

Did "A Call to Arms" have music by Evan Chen?
He did the music for "Crusade," as well. The fandom was generally split over the music. Some loved it, and others hated it.
(Personally, I thought it sounded like someone tapping on the hull of the ship, and it was sometimes hard to tell if what you were hearing was music or a sound effect.)

That said, I thought the movie itslef was very good. Among the b5 movies, I'd say that it ranks second, with "In The Beginning" being the best of the bunch.

To me, the discordant music (with obvious Asian influences) was such a departure that it jolted me out of complacency, which was what I was feeling after "River of Souls".

I just watched In the Beginning over the weekend. It has to be my favorite by far. I'm not too excited about Thirdspace and The River of Souls, but since I've only seen them twice and it was some time ago, they shouldn't be too bad.

I know I'm slow but I finally got to watch "The Gathering" and listen to the commentary. I hadn't seen it in a long time so it was nice that JMS pointed out some of the changes. I don't know how spoilers should work when it comes to the movie and later events in the series so I'll be cautious

Yup, the Kosh voiceover was added for the revised version of the pilot, for sure. I remember watching it with a bunch of B5 fans at a watching party and we all loved the addition.
