Arrested Development back on June 6th!

This was mentioned in another thread, but just to give it some more notice. They are airing what appears to be the season finale on June 6th at 8:30 pm. Their website says "Returns June 6th - New Episode - New Time!". Maybe they have a few more episodes left in the season that have not aired.

Thanks for the heads up.

I hope they also re-air the earlier episodes as I only tuned in half way through.

I caught the mini marathon on FX

I think they are re-airing the pilot on June 6, too. All I know is I had to do some rearranging on the TiVo to make sure I got Arrested Development and the season finale of the Sopranos.

well you could always record the west coast feed of sopranos (or since you live in chicago) watch sopranos at 8 and arrested development at 9

Nope. This is the season finale. It was bumped because of a special Sunday airing of 24 which was bumped from its normal Tuesday slot due to a Bush press conference.

Thanks guys...would have missed this...have not watched primetime tv since the finales ...i believe the week of friends may have been the last week I watched any tv for an extended(read : 30 mins or more) amount of time.

Love the show. There was a time when I would tape at least an hour of shows maybe four days of the week because of conflicts. Now this past season I was down to Scrubs, Arrested Dev, Friends...and that's about it. If I could I would watch The Simpsons and Malcolm..but that's about it... I gotta say all that reality tv was it's own undoing. ..but the good thing is I now am not a slave to tv.

Hmmm....showing the pilot again at 930, and FOX already said they plan to show AD reruns all summer...maybe they are showing the entire first season in order again? Or at least part of it...definitely a show that needs to be shown in order, first run or not.

I definitely hope FOX re-airs the entire first season.

I don't think I have access to the multiple HBO or Fox feeds -- I've got digital cable, and after the 8:00 Sopranos, the TiVo guide doesn't show any more airings on Sunday night. I've currently got it set up to record the Tuesday night Sopranos -- my desire to see the finale sooner has overpowered my desire to see it in widescreen.

I wouldn't have to deal with any of this crap if my wife wasn't recording some lame disaster movie on the SciFi channel at the same time.

I'm sure that the SciFi channel will repeat that lame disaster movie ad-nauseum in the weeks to come.

"NO BEES"

Great episode

I was waitng for Lucille's fat joke about Lindsay since they were doing the Atkins diet and it was a good one. And then she yanked the bread out of Lindsay's hand during the "next season" part.

It's the little things that make this show great. The missing file footage, the same bar from the railing falling down at the house in Iraq, and the highway reststop scenes for Barry.

The Man Inside Me!

Anyone else notice that the RN on duty that night at the hospital was a nurse Ratchett?

Best. season of any comedy series. Ever.

Scientifically speaking, the ratio of per minute is higher with this show over the course of an entire season than any other show I've seen.

Scrubs is pretty fast and furious with the funny as well.

Oh man, the zingers just fly out of the oblivious Bluthers and that's what makes the show so much fun.

Gob: I'm the Matriarch!

Glad this show was picked up for next season.

Gob: It's zero hour Michael. It's the end of the line. I'm the first born; I'm sick of playing second fiddle. Always third in line for everything. I'm tired of finishing fourth; being the fifth wheel. There are six things I'm mad about, and I'm taking over.

This show and Scrubs are examples of what all sitcoms should be: No laugh track, single camera, and dialogue that is quick and witty, and rewards you for paying attention.

This could be one of my favorite episodes of the season. I loved the running Atkins jokes. A lot of great lines, and great scenes. Great reading from Tobias from his books as well...

Man, GOB kills me.

Truly a great show. Definitely one of my all time favorites. Also, good to see UCBers Matt Walsh and Ian Roberts in the finale.

FYI on Thursday, July 22 on Bravo's Celebrity Poker Showdown, David Cross, Justin Bateman, Judy Greer and Will Arnett will all be competing. More info here: http://www.bravotv.com/Celebrity_Pok.../3/index.shtml

IMO, it's a pretty good show.

Was it just me, or did Judy Greer (the secretary) get hotter since her last appearance on the show?

BTW, the lineup for that Bravo Celebrity Poker night includes:

Will Arnett (Gob), Jason Bateman (Michael), David Cross (Tobias), Peter Facinelli (of Fastlane fame), and Judy Greer.

The Iraq footage was awesome. Loved the model home on the sand dune, with the black smoke cloud coming over the mountain.

Great episode.

Cannot wait for season 2. (and season 1 DVD)
