I 100% agree! I stopped tivoing both shows, along with Anime Unleashed, at all because they won't take the time to update the guide. What is this, MTV?

I guess they show so many repeats of their other shows, they don't bother updating the guide.

Argh! Patrick Norton's not coming back to The Screensavers after today's show. That sux!!! He was the main reason I still watched the show. I don't mind the younger guys, but Patrick "made" the show for me He just seemed very humble about things and was goofing around. I guess he seems like an "old" nerd...the younger crowd seems too "hip" and aren't nerdy enough for me.

Is this station LOUD to anyone else? I'm on Insight cable in KY and G4 has always been AT LEAST TWICE AS LOUD as any other channel. It's like that on regular cable, digital cable, and every TV i've watched it on.

G4 used to be one of the quietest stations on my cable and since they merged they're now one of the loudest.

It's usually just the commercials when I notice how loud it is. They're about twice as loud as the show. Leo explained that it was because the sound of advertisements are compressed, so it's not louder, but condensed...I think he was talking out of his a$$, but hey, what do I know

On my TV i listen to most shows at about volume level 20-25. Whenever i'm on G4 i have to lower the TV to about level 5-10. It's that bad.

Wait Patrick is gone?!? So who's going to host along with Kevin? Tech TV really isn't being represented well after the merger. I think they show like 8 original g4 shows to every 1 or 2 original tech tv shows. This is no good.

Yep, Patrick is gone and we won't know a replacement until September... They are moving the studios to LA. Since G4 seems to have no interest in keeping the old TechTV demo, 30-something tech industry folks, I doubt it's going to be someone that would add anything to the show I care to watch.

More than likely some early 20s gamer who doesn't know Linux from Unix, as seems to be the case with the entire network post merge.

I just read on Leo's site that he's doing "Call For Help" on the Canadian version of TechTV.

Boo.

No offense, Canadians.

I'm glad Leo landed on his feet but still miffed that we won't get to see it. I really miss the free file of the day and those photoshop dudes (though Burt still does TSS).

Well, for some reason, Adelphia cable in Los Angeles decided to stop broadcasting G4TechTV as a basic digital channel today, so that's the end of me watching this stuff... I was already a little disenchanted seeing the Screensavers degenerate so, but I was catching on to some of the other videogame shows. Oh well...

Ugh. This network is just in a freefall. TSS just seems like a teenage arcade hangout now without the likes of Patrick and Leo.
