LOL Oh sure, NOW you show me.

... I spent two hours creating this in Notepad for my own use, only to see that link to Futon Critic after I had finished. To save my sanity, I'm just going to pretend the Futon Critic's grid doesn't exist...

As confusing as Fox's schedule is, seeing something similar to what I did is the only way I'll have the slightest clue what is airing when. I can't make heads or tails of Fox's schedule on a normal grid like the one that doesn't exist, so my two hours wasn't completely wasted... Just mostly.

Two hours wasted (Also known as 2004-2005 TV Schedule)

Well, thankfully 24 will air after football season. But I hate having to wait until Jan to watch it again.

I made up my own grid of shows I'll be watching in the Fall, but I did not even include mideseason shows like Alias and 24. I'll probably make up another grid for January. It's too confusing to think about what the schedule will look like then, plus I am certain that there will be changes & canellations before January.

I don't see too many new shows I'm interested in sampling but I usually reserve final judgment until Entertainment Weekly's Fall TV preview issue comes out. I definitely will watch CSI:NY, Fleet Street, and Desperate Housewives. I don't watch sitcomes (aside from Arrested Development) so I doubt I'll try any of those new shows.

I'm a grid sort of guy, so I created this http://www.mrpayroll.net/4436/2004 Television Grid.xls in Excel. Bolded are new shows and those highlighted inyellow are the ones that I plan to Tivo/watch!

Fox did provide quite a challenge, but I think it works this way. Let me know what you think and if there are any errors.
