TNG's Cause and Effect is one of my favorite episodes.

Some of the VOY episodes I remember.

Time & Again
Eye of the Needle
Future's End 1 & 2
Before & After

Quantum Leap and Star Trek are the ones I can think of now.

The newest South Park episode, Goobacks, has
Spoiler:
people going back in time to get work due to the non-existant job market of the future.
I thought that was brilliant. Also, the Simpsons Treehouse of Horrors with the time-traveling toaster. Finally, the ST:TNG with Frasier, although I think that was just mentioned.

Although Doctor Who is the obvious choice, I'm not sure it's all that "creative" in it's usage of time-travel.

I'll say: TNG "Yesterday's Enterprise", "All Good Things..."
that's funny because "All Good Things" is the almost exact same basic plot of the Doctor Who story "City of Death", in fact a couple scenes are exactly the same. An aliens shapeship is blown up and he is splittered through time and then he helps himself in the various time zones to get back and stop himself and his ship from being blown up but if he goes back and saves himself the human race will never come to be because the exploding spaceship is what sparked life on earth.

and don't even get me started on the Cybermen / Borg thing!
just kidding

Interesting. I've never seen the show, I thought it was just standard secret agent stuff.
