What sucks is that Kwame didnt know that he could have actually fired Omarosa.... thats why in the board room he was like " I didnt know that was one of my options"

I would have assumed it, considering he got to select her and the fact that 'you're fired' is the catchword of the game. Regardless, he could have simply given her nothing to do.

What I don't understand is why Kwame still let Assorama do all of the face to face stuff with Jessica Simpson.
If she so incompetent, I would have shoved her in the back behind the scenes stapling papers together or something.

Kwame has a new job already:

Chief Sales Officer at KFC. $25,000 for a weeks worth of work on a new product roll-out.

Trumps staff at Mar-a-Lago wanted Kwame:
"I would've liked to have seen more of the show, but quite frankly, we've been so busy," said Tom Tiley, a Mar-a-Lago beverage manager. "It's become more popular each week when the members realized Mr. Trump was involved with the show."
Bernd Lembcke is Mar-a-Lago's vice president and managing director. Before the 32-year-old Rancic was named the apprentice, Lembcke said it was tough for him to pick a winner.
"They're both likable guys and I think they're both smart and great business people," he said of the two finalists. "It's a toss-up."
After talking to several Trump employees before Trump made his eagerly anticipated decision, however, the popular pick was Kwame Jackson.

Am I alone in the fact that I was very very very disappointed in the last 20 minutes ("Live) of the show?
It was just simply outrageous. All of the sudden it turned from a sophisticated, appealing reality show to a "Let's Make Deal".
"Bill, choose from Door #1 or Door #2 for the company you want to be president of."
"Why, gee, thanks Donald. I've gotta get back to my roots - send me to Chicago!!!"
"That's right, Bill, you and a guest get to fly from NY to the beautiful city of ... Chicago!"
I mean come on, that was the worst thing I've ever watched on TV - at least in relation to the level that The Apprentice has been all season. They should have done a normal boardroom firing/hiring, showing the dramatics and goodbyes between Kwame, Bill, and the Don. Then a montage of Bill choosing between the two different sites by visiting them, meeting the people, blah blah. Instead they catered to the lowest common denominator by doing this crap, SNL Studio live sham.
Nothing good has happened on the SNL Stage in 20 years - that should've been their first hint that it was a bad idea.
This show totally let me down just because of the way they did that final live portion. I saw the "Boardroom" wals come apart and immediately yelled out "WTF?!?!?" This is not the show I watched all season.

Check this line out:
They're right. We'll be seeing her play that same role quite a bit in print ads and on sitcoms.
Also check this out:
``In a way, I'm very happy he didn't choose the golf course, 'cause I put someone there about a month and a half ago, and they're doing a great job,' Trump said after the broadcast. ``It could have been a little bit embarrassing.'

Thanks to Kwame's team, Simpson went missing. Then she disappeared again, while Trump tapped his foot.
That was the handiwork of beautiful but scheming Omarosa Manigault-Stallworth, one of the breakout stars among the show's candidates. Her feigned martyrdom after plaster fell on her head on one episode earned her the ultimate pop-culture salute: She was spoofed on ``Saturday Night Live.

Did anyone see the Donald/Omarosa "If They Mated" result on Late Night with Conan O"Brien?
I never realized her mouth was that big (literally and figuratively).
I can't believe when Kwame was trying to get in touch with Omarosa, she was playing fashion show in Jessica's hotel room. How in the hell does this annoying bitch have a husband? She must be GREAT in bed, or much nicer off camera. Or, her husband is a complete p*ssy-whipped moron. I'd rather be married to Judge Judy, and I thought it couldn't get worse than her.

Let me be the first to say:
If Omarosa ever gets a job with any TV show, commercial, etc. I will immediately boycott their products and encourage others to do the same.

Kwame viewed it as being a person down if he fired her. To me, if you add up the reduction in logistical problems (and there were many: arrival, breakfast, meet & greet) and lying then it would still be worth it. I'd rather re-align and assign more to the two competent people than have the extra person and his/her continued incompetence.
Overall, I think Kwame's team hurt him the most. Every one of them hurt him to some degree. I think the logistical error of Jessica's arrival caused Kwame to have Troy get involved in the remaining aspects (which caused Omarosa to mess up breakfast & Heidi to get upset about the meet & greet). That snowballed into very poor results. I was shocked at how Troy was treating the meet and greet audience and how he said Heidi was in charge but then proceeded to control everything! He did all the talking.
I think Kwame chose his team based on who he liked (except for Heidi whom he got stuck with as last choice...total powder keg since he had Omarosa already). I think even if Kwame had chosen first he would have taken Omarosa. It wasn't like she was left for last and he got stuck w/ her because he didn't have first choice. He chose her over Nick & Heidi.
What's everyone dissing Oprah for? I know Omarosa was on the show but did Oprah defend her or something? Fill me in

The fact that Bill got to choose teams first meant that Kwame was going to get Omarosa no matter what, because Bill would never select her. I cannot believe how easily she lied to Kwame's face, but I think it was really unfair to hold him accountable for not firing her when it was never made clear that it was an option at all. In fact, he even said he wished he COULD fire her, and who wouldn't have?
I like Bill, but he's just a bit too slick and I don't trust him. I was really hoping Kwame would win, but I think long-term Kwame is the true winner because if the KFC deals keep coming in he's going to make a lot more than the $250K Bill's getting - with fewer headaches!
I never would have chosen the Chicago job either - that is just a mass of headaches waiting to happen, and Trump has already made it clear that HE is the boss - Bill is going to be The Donald's grunt man. sucky!

Bill's Slick? Kwame was the one hawking his autograph in a questionable way. Ironically, it probably is worth something now but that still didn't make it right.
I also thought the Chicago job was the riskier of the two. But with big risks come potential big payoffs. That will be one nice feather in the hat if Bill does a good job leading that project.
Kwame probably would have gotten Omarosa no matter what since he chose second. The doesn't change the fact he chose her over 2 other individuals.

While reflecting on the result, Jackson said Trump may have made the wrong choice.
"I think Bill is a square peg for a round hole," he said. "He may not fit into a corporate culture because he's always been an entrepreneur."
But Jackson has no hard feelings.
"I want to focus now on making money."
--
Jackson, who grew up in southeast Charlotte, won fans for his calm, levelheaded demeanor. After the show, he said he plans to start a company that will specialize in event management and releasing straight-to-DVD movies and video games. He also plans to accept an offer from KFC to serve as "Chief Sales Officer" for one week -- but not before negotiating its salary higher than the $25,000 offer.
"I've been given a great platform by (show producer) Mark Burnett and Donald Trump," Jackson said. "The world has opened up now."
Trump added in a talk with reporters after the show: "I had a very warm spot for Kwame. Kwame's going to be a great success."

Good show.
Trump reading cue cards was painfully funny.
Assmorosa exposed as a liar, a bitch, and shallow was great.
The whole group at the end was too short and Donald is not an interviewer.
The one thing I keep thinking, Bill is going to be an overpaid go-fer. Thinking Trump is going to let him, Bill, mister frantic, head up a construction project is laughable. Who knows. His cigar business is waht Bill is looking out for (which is probably doing really well now with all the exposure).
Hopefully next season will be even better.

Another thing that was wrong about the Oprah interview, is that when Omarosa came out, she sat down on the couch with Oprah and Donald, while Ereka and Heidi were relegated to sitting in the front row trying to get a word in edgewise. It was like Omarosa was a queen "looking down" on her subjects. It did not seem fair that she got to sit on the couch while the other two were in the audience.

She asked Omarosa about being called the "n-word" and let her speak about that and then asked Ereka to defend herself. But they had previously showed the "pot calling the kettle black" clip and that would have been a perfect time for Oprah to question her about why we should believe her if she infers a racial slur from that.

.........and Oprah (well really her people) lied to Ereka about where she'd be sitting.
They said Omorosa wanted to be on a totally different segment, and Ereka said NO WAY, I want to be able to confront her. She also specifically asked where they would be sitting.
they replied "right where you are", and she was SHOCKED during the taping when Omorosa got on the stage while they were in the seats.
Ereka also felt she didn't get a chance to properly respond to some of the allegations.
This is what Ereka said on Stern anyway. I do like how she passed the lie detector test with flying colors.
I thought she might mention that on the LIVE show last night.

By the way, I didn't see the first third of the season so I missed the Planet Hollywood episode - what is the deal with the autographs?
I agree that Kwame still shouldn't have chosen Omarosa; I'd like to give him the benefit of the doubt that it was strategy to keep her happy by not getting picked last, but I'm not so sure.
I hope both men do really well. What a great episode last night!

That strategy didn't seem to work. Drastic times called for drastic measures, and next thing you know, Kwame was selling autographed merchandise. It was Troy's idea, but the rest of the guys went along with the charade and actually sold some goods. Nick was disgusted by the deceptive tactic and "checked out" for the remainder of the task - which didn't go unnoticed by his teammates. Also going unnoticed was the fact that Bill seemed to take control of the task, with Kwame letting

Bill said that they stepped in a grey area where they were selling a fake bill of goods and probably shouldn't have done it. It was done in a casual manner like when you normally talk to your friends about ethical issues.
Nick expressed false "righteous indignation" during his board meeting (though he was probably ticked that he didn't think of it first) to avoid getting fired.
