I thought about including McKenas Cole, but he's been on a grand total of three episodes... four, if you count his off-camera line in the episode in which they revealed where Sydney's been for the past two years. Sark & Sloane are the only recurring bad guys that I can think of that are still "active" in the show. Unless you want to stretch and count The Dentist... is he still alive? He's a guest star, too, though.
