Blue Man Group on DirecTV's "Freeview"

Pretty cool show, I like the Dave Mathhew's video at the end ("If I sing this song, will you sing along").

They were also on Jay Leno a few nights ago.

I can't remember what the channel numbers are for DirecTV's freeview stations, but the channels (two?) have a low number.

Thanks for the info, I'm excited.

Ch. 103, by the way.

you have to see this show in person to get the full impact.

It is amazing.

I was a little grossed out by the "throat" cam.

That chick singing the song that goes "I feel love.... love... love.... love..." does a great job, she is the one who was on Jay Leno with them last week.

By the way, they're coming out with a DVD that has the music video from the Dave Matthews Band guy on it.

No kidding!

My wife and I saw them in Vegas back in January. We had fifth row seats and they were great. At one point they started roaming the audience. One of the blue men stood right above my wife's seat. He stared down at her for a moment and started dancing. It was quite an experience.

The Complex Rock Tour is much different than their regular shows though.

Still, it would have been so cool if they broke out into "I'm Blue (da-ba-dee)".

I watched the Freeview concert, and I have to say, that was my favorite number. Her dress and the poles lighting up at the same time kicked major ass. I may have to buy that dvd.

I liked her better when she was on Jay Leno, no light up dress, just an "average girl" with one hell of a voice.

I looked up their CD "The Complex", it has her song and Dave Matthew's song on it, as well as a number of other guest singers. It's also an enhanced CD which includes some footage of one of their concerts (I don't know how much).

Hmm... I wonder if the DVD they talk about in the Freeview is The Complex, which is at DDD for under $10 (with free shipping)?

Yes, that's the DVD they're talking about. It really works your sub too. There's also a DVD-Audio disc of their first album. I believe another DVD-Audio disc is coming out for their newest album.
