Yeah, who let Tina in on the fact that she's a hottie? Kinda spoils it, but just a little.

OK show this week. Too much of the Donald being "The Donald" for my liking. Stiff reading as well since it's apparent he's not an actor. The objects falling on Maya's head was funny. I don't watch The Apprentice so her character means nothing to me.

I thought the Fear Factor Junior ad was hilarious. Especially the kid's pet dog in the tank filling with water and threatening the kid with his parents getting a divorce,.

I also liked the dig at Frasier. "Eh, who cares?" Exactly.

"Trump's House of Wings is just down the street from Sharpton's Casa de Sushi. If you see Jetter's Taco Hole you've gone too far!"

Great tie in from other skits!

One more thing? Where was Smigel's cartoon? Was it the illustrations in The Prince and The Pauper skit?

Sorry for the late synopsis, I was in Virginia this weekend, and only tonight saw this episode. I should’ve stayed in Virginia. Okay, Trump is no Steve Martin, but if the guy can only play a character other than himself in one sketch throughout the night, maybe you should look elsewhere for hosts rather than pimp your own network. Perhaps these sketches would’ve been funnier to me if I had even the smallest desire to watch “The Apprentice”.

The Apprentice
I suppose this skit was like the show. It wasn’t funny.

Monologue
Trump playfully brags about how great he is. The thing is, he really IS that much of a pompous jackass, so there’s really no joke here.

Fear Factor Jr.
The funniest bit of the night, and it was only a filler ad. They were going to drown the little girl’s dog! Good laugh with the clown chasing one kid.

Regis & Kelly
Guess who the guest is. C’mon, guess! Why, none other than Donald Trump! Why not just pull his pants down and fellate him on air?

Star Jones
She pesters Trump to zero reaction. In unrelated news, the Good Burger Nitwit is going to play Fat Albert in a live action film. I would seriously rather eat shit.

Trump’s House of Wings
Commercial with Trump and his new business venture. Not too bad.

Weekend Update
There was a joke about drinking & sexual harassment in the workplace, so Fey pretended she was drunk and propositioned Fallon. Unfortunately, they didn’t write a freaking punch line to the joke, so it just ended with them (and only them) laughing.

Prince and the Pauper
Hammond as Trump changing identities with Trump as a janitor. So much missed material there.

Fathers & Sons
Trump actually playing a character! He’s a scumbag father with Seth Myers as his son. Actually pretty funny until those two idiots came on and completely ruined the skit by breaking character almost instantly. What’s the point?

Terrorist committee
Not funny, not interesting.

Trump’s Band
Okay, I’ve had enough.

Season so far: 7-8, with 1 pending

Jack Black
Justin Timberlake
Halle Berry
Kelly Ripa
Andy Roddick
Alec Baldwin
Al Sharpton
Elijah Wood
Jennifer Aniston
Jessica Simpson & Nick Lachey
Megan Mullally Best show of the season.
Drew Barrymore
Christina Aguilera
Colin Firth
Ben Affleck INCOMPLETE (will grade when I've seen entire show)
Donald Trump

I thought this was the funniest show of the season. The only down spot was that Senate hearing which had no jokes and jo punchline. Other than that, I was laughing all the way through.

Yeah, I was consistently laughing through this ep. Trump had pretty good timing and looked more comfortable on stage than many legitmate actors. Granted, he was simply playing himself, but he still read the cards better than most.

The only thing that I thought was funny about the 9/11 hearing skit was when Richard Clarke said "...then the President touched me inappropriately."

It was the vice president who touched him inappropriately, but regardless, that whole 9/11 committee "skit" was horrible - not funny at all. Donald wasn't bad as a host, but he wasn't good either. Fear factor was good, but I was just cracking up with Omarosa being hit on the head...quality comedy.

Look's like the rumors were true, she's realized that she's hot.

Looks like she doesn't realize that she's only hot when on Weekend Update, not photoshopped like above.

I'm finding my search of Tina Fey 'hottie realization' pics strangely relaxing.

I almost choked on my drink!!

That was freaking funny! This ep was beyond cheesy but served its purpose - laughter

Also funny as heck to see 'Regis' crack up having to hide for like 20 seconds to recover.

And for some reason I crack up when fallon/sanchz crack up

Best show so far me!

Seeing Jack Johnson was definitely a nice surprise. I'm still bummed that it appears he won't be touring this summer.

I think Trump did a pretty good job. There's something about a billionaire in a House of Wings commercial that I just found hilarious. Unfortunately, I fell asleep after the Prince and the Pauper bit, so I missed the rest of the show.

I thought for sure that they were going to have a cut-away with Donald Trump in the rafters dropping the stuff on Omarosa's head. And have Lorne Michaels show up and say "I think she's had enough, Donald" with Trump then replying "Just one more!" and dropping something else on her head before cutting back to Omarosa getting hit the final time.

When it was good, it was real good - when it was bad, it was real bad.

Loved the opening (Jimmy mouths "I Love You" to Caroline satisfied some vicarious wishes) and most of the bits before WU. But after that, phew....

That reminds me. Did Donald not know Caroline was going to say "That's what she said" in response to his "it just keeps getting harder" line?

Because he seemed to be in disbelief when she said it.

I agree with what most people have been saying. The show started off good. But it really went down hill by the end of the night.
